You can report anonymously to CPS. In my state, if you tell the intake person what school the child attends, they will go and interview the child at school before informing the parents.

Too bad you can't just keep him and love him forever and never give him back. Poor little buddy. :(

Thank you. That is exactly what I wish I could do. The first time he came over and I asked him if he was hungry, I had to ask multiple times before he would tell me he was and what it was he liked--ham sandwiches. The next time he came over I had a plate of ham sandwiches waiting for him, and the look he gave me---he had tears in his eyes--sent me out of the room so neither he nor my son could see me cry.

Yes it was. Spine chilling to read that she had packed two big hunting knives in with her books. I'd like to see the titles on those books...maybe one was "What to Do When the ***** Hits the Fan" (actual book, but it's about urban survival, not fleeing from justice).

:floorlaugh: That's good self-help book for her.

Another one would be "After the Law of Attraction Doesn't Work"

WOW! That's quite a bandana! Handsome devil.

The "Suds Them Yourself kitty corner to St. Mary's downtown gives those when they get a bath. Max goes once a month to get his nails trimmed and get a bath. It's $20, and I don't have to mop up the bathroom from trying to bath him myself. It saves on wine too. :floorlaugh:

There's only so much you can do, when your client is a narcissist and Anti Social PD. Not going to add BPD even though it's there, just because there's many who struggle and keep their BPD in check. CMja won't ever ADMIT to having "mental issues" because she truly believes she's "normal". JMO

I agree that's what happened here however, how unprofessional is that?????
It's mind boggling really. 90% of all the clients I meet are in denial about what ails them. You don't change the diagnosis because the patient doesn't agree with it though, you work to change the clients thinking so they will cooperate with what's in their own best interests.
If JA is so powerful that all the educated minds around her are cowering in fear of doing what's right, then I will help her file her ineffectiveness of council appeal because her team has failed her miserably. :twocents:

Are they hairless??? I love cats but I am so allergic...within minutes my eyes swell and I break out in hives....so I have to admire them for afar.

Yes, sphynx are hairless.

Boycie's first day at home.

Every time I see a replay of the victim-impacts statements and see jodi's face "crying", I feel such an urge to punch her face in. I'm sorry if that's rude. I don't buy one moment of her "emotion".

You know, it is easy to forget how good a sociopath like jodi is at fooling people. I have had a case for years with a very crazy and destructive opposing party who was such a consummate liar and actress that she kept getting away with incredibly evil behavior. One day I was talking to her in a little room outside the courtroom, nand she looked at me with such sincerity and said, "Anna, I know you must think I am a horrible, evil person. I truly understand why you would think that. I realize how much pain I have caused. It's all been the alcohol and I;m on the road to recovery. I hope you know how much I love my daughter and would never hurt her."

Well, I actually felt my self beginning to sympathize and buy it a bit. She welled up with tears, she looked me straight in the eyes, she was GOOD! And she was a total liar. Luckily I snapped out of it a couple minutes later. Because she continued to torture her child with manipulative mind games and she continued to engage in violent, criminal and evil behavior. It was NOT the alcohol.

It just reminds me how crafty and sinister and evil these people are.

jodi is an actress. She is playing the role of her life. I don't buy one thing that comes out of her mouth or that flits across her ugly face.

Yeah...she wasn't upset for Steven or Samantha. Isn't she the same chick who took an oath, took the stand and made up a story that their brother looked at pics of a little boy one day and broke her finger the next? Both of which Martinez proved never happened.

Oh yes! I ADORE my pets. So much!

Max got into something, we still don't know if one of us dropped a blood pressure pill or what, but he crashed bad. I ran him to the vet and $969 later, he's fine. We're living on Ramen this month but he's right back to normal thank the good Lord. It's okay, I could live on the fat I've packed on since this trial started for at least a month. :floorlaugh:

=( That is so sad. I don't understand people who don't absolutely cherish their children. Something is broken in people like that. =(

Trust your gut and turn the family in to CPS if you feel it is warranted. Even if it comes back as an unfounded report, at least it'll begin a documentation trail.

The charges against JA in Maricopa County of Murder 1 Pre-Med and/or Murder 1 (burglary) have nothing to do with any county in California. Has nothing to do with theft.

Thanks for making my point.

JA was never charged with a burglary which JM stated that she committed.

In fact, he even called her a burglar even though she was never charged with the burglary to which he alluded here:

So why didn't Nurmott object?

Hold up. Let's start over.

There was NO ambulance that you saw? Did your child see any ambulance? Whoa there Nelly.

No, there was no ambulance. Exactly. Major something off. Either with him, or the fear of his mother punishing him was so great, and the punishment so great, he was seeing the situation way way out of proportion. Which is why I waited to see him more before I did anything drastic.

The last bit of info really came this afternoon, seeing his mother, when my gut screamed, it isn't him something is very wring with this woman.

We might try that out with Boycie boy. There's something like that out here in Santa Clara, pretty sure...but sounds good!

Oh he's adorable.....I want one.......:facepalm::facepalm: No, I have three cats and a dog...thanks enough......no, I don't want one...:facepalm: Must be strong. :floorlaugh:

He will rule you all. You would be helpless to resist. Think about it carefully.
