Boyce hops up on the ottoman in front of DW's chair every night at some point when he is done demanding play and attention. He plops his loooong body down -- but he can't lay his head down unless he lays diagonally across the ottoman. So, he lays there with his head up, looking at her and sort of "Chewbarking", which is where he makes noises that sound like Chewbacca. Then, DW has to grab his little back feet (which we refer to as Brunswicks, since they are like straight bowling pins when he walks) and pulls him up until his head can rest on the ottoman. He likes to sleep on his back in that position, with Brunswicks akimbo. It's a ritual.

When I walked in during VIS I saw a CMJA looking rather odd..She appeared to morph into victim statements .nodding, nose tears, nodding agreement to the pain expressed to when Jury left..Nothing... Just my observation and MHO

I noticed the tears didn't start until SA mentioned Travis holding his daughter.
The killer wanted a baby with Travis after all IMO.

I don't know, part me always wondered why she didn't try that trap with TA. Of course maybe TA was meticulously careful about birth control because he really didn't trust her. But no matter what she says, I don't think JA really wanted to be a mother. I think JA's narcissism would have seen a baby as competition. JMO.

Max got into something, we still don't know if one of us dropped a blood pressure pill or what, but he crashed bad. I ran him to the vet and $969 later, he's fine. We're living on Ramen this month but he's right back to normal thank the good Lord. It's okay, I could live on the fat I've packed on since this trial started for at least a month. :floorlaugh:

Oh yes, I totally understand! My pug destroyed a pork rib that he stole from the table at a BBQ. He hid and ate the meat and then literally gobbled up the bone in 3 large pieces! That surgery cost a few grand...he couldn't have attempted to pass it because the pieces were so jagged.

And that same year, my sweet cat TC, who eats strings like it is her job, ate a balloon string while we were gone. Sadly, it still had a balloon attached to it and she ate that too. Idiot. That surgery was more than the pug rib fiasco! But, they are part of our family and I love them.

Stephen said Travis said she was the prettiest little girl ever, or something along those lines. JA was probably crying tears because she's just that effing JEALOUS! Nobody but JA deserved Travis' affection or adoration.

JA was never charged with the burglary which JM stated that she committed.

In fact, he even called her a burglar even though she was never charged with the burglary to which he alluded here:

Let's start over. She was CHARGED with burglary in the Murder ONE felony charge(s) in MC Arizona. There were 2 Murder ONE charges. ONE was for PRE-MED and the OTHER was Murder one (burglary). For some reason you keep denying that. ??????. I already linked the charging documents where it was plainly stated. The jurors found her guilty of that burglary CHARGE by a vote of 7 to 5 along with 12 that said pre-med also.

JM had every right to refer to that in his closing arguments since he presented "evidence" that was submitted to the court.

Sort of like KN put forth "evidence" that JA SAID TA abused her by hitting her in the face/neck and broke her finger. There was NO proof of that, but KN can and did refer to that abuse in his closing arguments since that was evidence in this case.

Burglary is NOT just theft of an item(s) per links I provided. I think the term "burglary" is tripping you up and that you think it means stealing something tangible. It does not per statute in Arizona that I linked.

Maybe the best is for you to take this ?/quandary to our LEGAL thread here and a real lawyer can explain better than me. We'll agree to disagree here since I cannot explain it even better with all the links I provided. Luv ya. :seeya:
