Yep, just more "blah, blah, blah, whine, whine, whine".

The defense and CMJA are really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

What they fail to realize, as far as her current and previous incarceration at Estrella, is that CMJA is not allowed any more privilege than any other inmate, there are rules, Estrella is NOT a Country Club, cells are tossed randomly and/or by purpose at any time, just because CMJA "complains" doesn't make it a legitimate complaint...............FGS, she's a inmate. She lost a bulk of her rights by murdering TA and doing that in Arizona.
Det. Flores' wife can tweet anything she damn well pleases, and let's see the proof of an IP address that it was actually hers, and what damage did those tweets actually do to CMJA's trial???? That's like putting Websleuths in as Exhibit G in their motion, like WTF?
As far as St. Mary's Food bank, they just credit the credit card the amount that was donated....cripes, what a bunch of morons.

Got up on the wrong side of the bed, didn't get much sleep, no baby horse, and this trial is ridiculous. Just put CMJA in Perryville and let the locas get rid of her.
Any issue she has with the jail has to be taken up with the jail and her attorneys both know that, but it doesn't stop them from filing these frivolous motions.

"...I would guess that Montgomery, if he were talking, would say that he's acceding to the wishes of the Alexander family in seeking death -- again. The family's wishes certainly should play into Montgomery's decision but that is not the only factor at play....

"Not even a lifetime of good behavior could win this woman her freedom..."

All in all the article is not terrible. I actually agree with most of it. However, one glaring error is the statement that the first jury decided Arias did not deserve death.

The first jury decided nothing in terms of what Arias does or does not deserve. They hung!

If this trial extends into 2015 (and we all can see the writing on the wall), we can all thank Nurmi for that because he is constantly asking for 'more time' and has absolutely no sense of urgency in anything he does.

And he is the one that wanted and wants off the case because of private practice....he is making it drag on for one thing...$ IMO. i also think 'she' is putting forth a lot of these motions, to delay and play attorney.

CMJA and her attorneys HAVE to keep delaying the inevitable so her minions can rack up the frequent flyer miles with donations for her mitigation............betcha a few more show up before the retrial actually starts.

I take offense with people in the media who say over and over again that this case has garnered world-wide attention because of 'Sex, lies and dirty little secrets'. Calling this case 'hot', saying 50 shades of grey pales in comparison to what went on between Travis and the defendant and things of this sort is just misleading to say the least. Arias had nothing but sex to offer Travis so she manipulated him with that and he accepted the booty call. That's hardly shocking and it is NOT the reason that most of us are following this trial so closely. We're here because of the horrendously cruel nature of the murder (more akin to al Qaeda's torturous murders than anything normally seen in the US) and the absolute terror that this Arias person is. It's not every day that we see someone who seems to be inherently evil with nothing even remotely human. The battle between good and evil has always been of interest to people. Arias represents all that is evil. She is a freak in the worst way possible and people want to see her pay for what she did. That's what it is.

You are exactly right. I honestly had totally forgotton about the sex photos and sex testimony until just recently. I am only glued to this case to see the perp receive her sentence for the truly horrific nature in which JA killed poor Travis.

Very few cases have such extreme violence in the murder, and that is what initially drew me to follow this case and makes me want to see the perp punished for it.

I think the lowlife 🤬🤬🤬 (the killer ) is purposely dragging things out to defer the inevitable - the bus to her end (prison).

Did I msiss anything today??? Darn work gets in the way of my WSing.

Hi Rose, I so agree with you. Still I would be satisfied if the prosecution decided to just go ahead and give her LWOP.. Why? because it isn,t fair to the people of the State of AZ.. even if the jury eventually finds for DP.. she will try to spend more on appeals. She just isn't worth it. I know Travis' family wants DP.. but we don't always get what we want, needs to be looked at realistically..I want her freakin' face gone forever. Let someone in Prison get her and do it for no cost:croc::gavel:

Wait.... is that dog tied to the tree?

No, actually, I don't think he is. Whew, good thing. That would be so debasing.

eta: yikes where did the quotations go? This is a response to the dog pic above.

Whenever I'm gone from the state the first things I have to find when I get home are some good enchiladas or a big ol CFS with lots of gravy.

I am not sure it will be possible for her to show remorse. Even if it is an act, like her testimony was, I cannot see her pulling it off. If she were to apologize profusely for murdering Travis, and cry through it, I do not think she would be believed. Because IMO, she would have to qualify it. She will never just say she is sorry for what she did. She will have to add that she had to do it. She said in her post-verdict interview that she would kill again if she were forced to--she was basically saying she was forced to this time.

She cannot let go of her lie. She cannot repent.

Another reason she can't show remorse: she doesn't know what the word means. During her interrogation, she said that she was "remorseful" that Travis died.

Jen's Trial Diaries ‏@TrialDiariesJ 7h7 hours ago
I find it interesting #jodiarias is embracing the Borderline Personality Disorder DeMarte diagnosed her with. Figured that would happen..

Most interesting to me is:

The murder, grisly and brutal with overkill being a gross understatement--is referred to as "the incident" or "her offense." Her acts of premeditating/planning, lying and covering up the grisly brutal murder are referred to as "her conduct."

If her attorneys cannot call it what it is, how can we ever expect the killer to?

I heard that! Donating to a flurry of charities in the month leading up to your retrial and then running online to share your charitable donation doesn't really speak to her sincerity, does it? Also, the way people are reacting is kind of silly, but they're just baiting people, more appeal fodder. People really need to learn not to take the bait.

There are a lot of people that do things like this. My ex daughter in law coughed up a small (very small 2,500 out of 15,000 in back child support) amount so she could say she's been paying her child support. She could go into court with clean hands so to speak. It's all a game.

I guess when you're a shallow person with no soul, you think others are the same.
