Wasn't there some professional investigator or death penalty/penal system guy CMJA had lined up for mitigation?

I think it was a PI that bought a domain or something and made himself more important that he really was. He said he was looking in to things for a appeal.

Maybe because the testimony is false. Didn't JM put an argument before the court that he had not had the opportunity to depose a witness that was "crucial" to #Heinous?

I think JM would also rip to shreds anyone else who came in and lied. I suspect the "witness" wants privacy so they can help this killer out without being shamed by JM with all of Arizona and beyond watching.
