Ummmmmmmmmmmmm..................I've only been in jail twice, both for DOG AT LARGE!!!!! But I can tell you how fun it is to get fingerprinted, with the old ink on the fingers and the new touch screen method!:floorlaugh:

Well, I have been in "jail" before. My uncle was a sheriff and we'd play in the jail cell in his office when we visited, and he'd deputized us when I was about eight years old. We'd play in the sally port and climb out the courtroom windows and slide down the fire escape. And many years later Henry Lee Lucas was in that same cell. I tell people that I've shared a cell with him and they think as in at the same time.

Mmm....its very debatable if JSS actually has a point with omitting or not, as has been explained on the official thread. I will be highly interested to see what the court of appeals says.

HLN & CNN in turmoil, Mike Galanos did take up the trial shut out on Thursday & it was from his program that I learned (immediately) there would be a hearing at 3 p.m. I will be checking with him every trial day as he is the last remnant of the Turner net's coverage of this. Mike will be celebrating his birthday next Friday and did you know he is Greek & graduated summa 🤬🤬🤬 laude from San Francisco State University?
--------------
Mike and Vinnie have always been my favorites. Joey J. too. All the good ones. Fold up HLN you have had it. Mike is a very intelligent person, excellent communicator.

We know the defense team, minions and dies read here....they get their ideas from us and social media.

So how for you think the felon, defense, minions and spies would react if WS stopped talking about the trial....and we moved on to another trial? Also that other social sites did the same thing? Like who cares about her....we know Travis will get justice with JM....we know she is going to prison and will have a hard time....so who cares about her. How would she react? Because I am seriously thinking of tuning into a different trial....

Am editing this to add....because she feeds off of us...and so do the others.

I was just taking the dogs out, and sitting in my spot with Mona and Eva saw something along the fence line, went to check it out, Eva walks off, and Mona sits down looking and our owl swops down over her head then back up to the tree next to it. I wonder if it has a nest near by.

Fox 10 has learned through 3 independent sources that the "secret" witness in the #JodiArias case is Jodi Arias.

@AlottaSunshine @troyhaydenfox10 She doesn't want the media or public to compare her testimony Im sure
I guessed it!!! The blazer and kicking out her family did it for me!:winner:

Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour tonight .....
and wanted to say I've never been in jail. :happydance:

Grammie,
you and I wouldn't have these gutteral reactions if everything in court was open and above board. Some legal experts and those smarter than I keep saying JSS is trying to ensure there are no appealable issues. I would much prefer seeing JA appeal to her hearts content than to see any judge bending over backwards at this penalty stage. She has already been found guilty. Whether she goes to death row and rots or goes to Perryville and becomes a rock star, it makes no difference to me. If the actions of this judge and her attorneys get her out someday, she will kill again. Sad. That is the justice system I see here.

I think the judge not granting her this would give her more grounds for appeal than if she allowed it, and the judge probably figured it's out of her hands if the appeals court overturns this, so it may have been a good thing to buy into Jodi's game. The Defense Team probably figured the judge wouldn't do it, and they'd cry mistrial. This why the judge has called their bluff. Go JSS!

Well...............
Let the defense have their blackout, one less thing to see used as an appeal.
Does it violate the rights of the public? Damn skippy.
Will the public find out who this "mystery" witness is? Eventually.
Did CMJA get her face back front and center in the media, after HLN and CNN were pulling away in their vans? You betcha.

It's all about "her". :gaah: NOT!

Someone needs to remind her it's all about her life or death for slaughtering Travis Alexander, NOT what kind of smoke and mirrors she and her defense attorneys can pull out of their butts.

Bottom line, she WILL go to prison and DIE in prison. Nothing that's said or done in this phase is going to change that.

There are NO Hail Mary's, no 2nd chances, this is it. Life or Death.

Martinez has it covered. And I think Judge Stephens is doing her best to keep as much as she can away from the Appeals Court.

What really chaps my hide is this stupid defendant may cause a new look by Arizona Judges in sequestering their juries. Can you imagine how much more these proceedings would have cost if both juries were sequestered?

The only thing that this pathetic looser from Yrecka can claim is that the world has seen every disgusting part of her, mentally, physically and emotionally. And we are sickened by "it".

Yeah, even Yreka is disgraced- they want to change their name to Jefferson, no kidding, I was just through there in August!

I still can not accept that it is JA on the stand. That makes absolutely no legal sense, though I am far from being a lawyer. She has commanded media attention far too often to be given her way via blackmail. She believes she shines in the Spotlight of taking the stand and battling Juan. Also, if they put "this witness" on hold, there would be no reason JA would not be available at a later date, tho I believe Nurmi told the court this is the only time this person can be here to testify. Everything smells too fishy to me, and for it to be JA just has too many holes. Could the person who believes they saw her in her striped outfit on the stand have been "mistaken" or misunderstood the reason she was sitting there?

As for the judge, I do believe she is bending over backward to give no reason for appeal. I am hopeful this latest ruling of hers really does have substance to back it up. otherwise ..... I will be open-mouthed speechless.
BBM. On this I agree, people keep the faith that JSS knows what she is doing, even if we don't.

IMO this case should cause a new look into changing the penalty phase of trials. If a jury can't decide then the judge should hand down sentence, not retrial penalty and another million dollars (so to speak) for witnesses and lawyers fees.

JA killed Travis 6 years ago all the babies born in mesa on June 4th 2008 are in first grade now. WTH! Still twisting the knife, she needs to be deep in the bowels of the prison.

This case going on down the hall from JA's. Defense seems to be using JA case as a road map on how to defend their female killer. Jmo

No because the judge can't sentence her to Death unless the jury decides it, so this is the way to go. The judge can only sentence Life at most. The state wants Death, the Alexanders want Death, and so do I. So all of this will be worth it in two months.

Wonder if any costume manufacturers thought of a Jodi Arias costume for Halloween complete with mask, glasses, and prison stripes, ohhh, and a large knife??? She's the embodiment of scary evil.

Imo if the jury can't decide on the death penalty in the first trial pull it from the table and let the judge sentence lwop or lwp. What's in the best interest of the tax payers? Budget cuts cases backlogged. If given death penalty amount spent on appeals. I understand the state and family want death I agree death is what she deserves, but realistically she will die of old age before execution if the record stands at no women put to death in AZ last time was 1930. There have been 3 other women put on Death Row in AZ, one convicted not too long ago by Juan-Wendy Andriano for killing her husband who had Cancer because he wasn't dying fast enough for her. On Death Row she'll get 23 hours of isolation/day vs. thriving in the general population with her bookclubs and recycling programs and other socialization.
