She thinks that it makes her appear more educated. She's wrong.

She also loves using the phrase 'In the spirit of.' What did she say in that May 16th email to Travis? 'Please know that the spirit in which I send this is that of love, camaraderie and friendship.' A couple of weeks later she almost beheaded him.

I think you could be right about no witnesses. Maybe that's what this side show is about, so the Jodi circus act can claim they have no witnesses using the 'our witnesses don't feel safe testifying in open court' as their excuse. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do if I was in their position.........I just wouldn't be able to deny her guilt. And if I could, I'd be taking the stand. But if there's nothing positive to throw in her direction, what are you going to do?

I never lied or fudged for my kids......and they knew it. They could screw up, but if they lied to me about it, mom ain't gonna play that game with 'em.

Enabling the child simply because you gave birth to her and because you perceive her to be an extension of yourself is not only selfish but also wrong. Arias' parents should have apologized to Travis' family and begged their daughter to confess to murder. If that's too much for them then maintaining good old silence (as opposed to mocking the victim's family, pretending their daughter is innocent, asking for $$$ etc.) would be the right thing to do. Of course Aunt Sue is all about the money.

Am getting some bids for outbuildings, ie, loafing sheds. And monthly feed is being delivered too. What a Monday!:gaah:

Loafing sheds ? Wow, this just brought back a memory. Years ago, I mean years, like back in the mid to late 70's, we used to go to a honky tonk called the Loafing Shed. Weird but I had completely forgotten it. So a loafing shed is actually something for horses? I thought it was for, well, people loafing . :giggle:
