Apparently, if you are in JSS court, you can just use the legal strategy of Pouting and Stomping......you know, like a 4 year old. The frustrating thing is, it is working beautifully for the CMJA team. I am not in the crowd looking for blood. I am just wanting justice done for a crime that was truly vicious. I have no respect for JSS at this point. JM must be so frustrated and the Alexander family even more so. I think this is a ploy on the DT side to see if the State will just throw in the towel and agree to LWP.

If the jury is available 'til 12/18, does that mean that they are not obligated to stay as jurors until the end of January (good way, Nurmi, to cause another mistrial because you may lose
jurors who cannot stay on 'til January if the jurors drop to below 12 :scared.
