uh-oh!

What is Jodi gets charged for perjury? How will this affect the case?

The least of her worries...

They can only execute her once.

And should they blow it, giving her LWOP, the sentence would likely run concurrently, in a "de-edifying" sort of "Toblerones" way.

IMO, Jodi's vocabulary sounded smarty-britches to the jury. NOT SMART. They wanted the truth, not word games.

Jodi would have been great at whatever she tried if she had focused that mental energy for good instead of evil. Jodi limited herself. I can picture her as one of those sleazy, high powered, no scruples, one client (wink**wink) attorneys.

Nurmi and Willmott, in spite of how it appeared, did know where to draw the line. Jodi doesn't and refused to listen to her attorneys.

I have arthritis in my spine that affected my sciatic nerve (left side) and the best relief was ibuprophen (sp) and: Salonpas pads - they really work!

http://www.salonpas.us/

I have that too among other spinal ailments. I wear a back brace whenever I go out because I'm too wobbly. Pissed that my body has betrayed me in this manner.

Was pleasantly surprised to hear my 20 yr old son listening to Elton John..even more pleasantly surprised when we had a discussion about what a musical genius Elton is..

Love 'Queen', but had a cd I wasn't too fond of because it was a live concert with bad acoustics. I threw it out on a table in case anyone wanted it. My teenaged nephew was SOOOO impressed that I (an old lady) listened to 'Queen'.

Golden oldies.

Dear Mother of God. Hubby and Son are away til Tuesday. Hubby had a Biz trip and Son had some time off so he opted to go with. Somebody had to stay home with the Pup. She has learned the art of howling and feels the need to Practice every 15 minutes or so. I am feet away from my wine wrack. I may need to partake. Soon.

As far as the case, we can't talk about anything we haven't talked about a million times before at this point anyway. So back to music for me....Love Freddy Mercury A LOT. Favorite all time group....Santana. NO ONE can play guitar the way Carlos does. I was a Grand Funk Railroad fan when a lot younger. Love Johnny Cash's Nine Inch Nails "Hurt". This list of loves could go on forever and ever. 50's 60's and 70's for me were the best music years ever. Have to say though, I still love Saturday Night Fever and MJ's Thriller.
