Agreed - and I doubt he is winning over the jury with this line of non-questions. It really seems foolish on his part, and almost makes me wonder if it is at Jodi's insistence.

Two things I need to vent: 1) Nurmi is really pissing me off today with his treatment of Demarte, worse than his questioning of the bishop. So condescending and worse than Wilmott who you can dismiss like a yappy Chihuahua.

2) those of you who have been visiting the dark side, JAII: they seem to be giving away DT's strategies the day beforehand. I've seen it more than once now. They knew McGee's lies were coming in, and today they knew Nurmi would attack DeMarte's experience, hence the disgusting "Totdoc" label, and that Jodi was "protecting her family from abuse". Does Maria feed them tweets???

The intent is to jumble the brains of the jury so they have no clue what this trial was about. JMO This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Trial rules need a real change.

I tried hard not to be anti-Kieffer, but I now believe he has an "inside scoop" via MDLR. He is friendly with the Jaii misfits, his tweets today are really infuriating me, and I see no other way things turn up over there first. Again, JMO.

Yes, I have a headache tonight from rising blood pressure... I would not have lasted on this jury panel. I would not be able to control my facial signs of contempt.

Yet I keep coming back, like a glutton for punishment.

That was really disturbing questioning, worse than I expected. I'm taking comfort in the fact that I completely believe that the jury will see it for what it was (nauseating), and will see the difference between an expert witness who will answer a question honestly, and to the best of their ability, even a ridiculous question.

Glad they finished off with privacy invasion, and how intrusive it was - poor Travis. How thoroughly she took his life and liberty - so sad. JMO, IMO, MOO

Just because you are having sex with a person, that in no way gives them permission to invade your privacy. Ever.
This Jury knows that and KN is digging his client a hole. Numi wants the jurors to believe CMJA when she alleges DV/abuse, but then not believe her when it hurts her case. They can't have it both ways!!
At the start of this trial, some jurors may have been on the fence, but I believe with the DT's rude, unprofessional, dismissive behavior,constant delays, secret testimony that now has been halted, CMJA's defense team has secured her spot on the lethal injection table. Can't wait for this re-trial to be done.
