How old????:guitar:

How about making me a Brandy Alexander and we'll talk :toast:--better not, one drink and I'll be on the floor. :floorlaugh:

Old enough to know better than to ask or answer that question.

I fear I may be a bit too old-fashioned for that.

Snort! I promise no Barry White- this is a safe hot tub party. Believe me?

Watch out, KCL is breaking out the Barry White!

OK, my fellow synthfan/sleuthers, how about this blast from the past? My very first concert was Thompson Twins, and OMD opened for them--Ynot swooned immediately!

Yup, I went to that one as well. Good times! Saw The Sugar Cubes, Echo & the Bunnymen, and New Order one night. Stormy night, and at one point the power was lost - they looked really lost onstage without their gadgets working!

Back when it was cheap to see a show. I haven't seen anybody live in years, too expensive.

Oh, but I like Barry White a great deal, and you did bring up Al Green earlier as well.

Barry White is not a man, a singer or a music icon. He's a verb. He's an experience. And not for the old fashioned so cut out the alyce act- I see through that spiky hairdo to the wild waiting to bust forth. :scared:

Well, apparently he has that effect on some people!

If you're not aware it's happening subliminally. It's a force beyond your control.

BBM It' a little too early in the evening here for Barry White. Lets wait until it's closer to midnight and break out the champagne to go with the hottub (it's getting crowded in the hottub) :floorlaugh:

Good lord I've had a skinny Rita, a light beer , too many wings and I feel another marriage proposal bursting forth.

You had me at champagne

another 80's staple
(in my past life I ran a large Facebook music forum :-) We would have themed nights... it was always fun to see how many songs we could come up with based on the theme. Like "Songs about Food" or "Songs about weather" etc...good times :-)
