Baez will not be able to argue the case in an Aruban court, but he will be able to serve as an advisor and aid the defense in other ways, said Giordano's Aruban lawyer, Michael Lopez.

"If my client wants me to share all information with Baez, I will do so, even though his role will be that of a consultant," Lopez told The Associated Press.

Giordano is also being sued by AMEX. He wants to cash in on the $3.5 million insurance policy he took out on her before they left for their Aruban trip.

I find it interesting that with all his shills, he was unable to get anything more than 2.8 stars. Which was more than he deserved, anyway. He will be paying the publisher for many years!

That is the only reason he has as many stars as he does ... fake reviews. I've spent a lot of time checking out his reviews on Amazon, and there is a pattern of several 5 star reviews showing up on the same day, and they all pretty much say the same thing ... "I thought she was guilty until I read this book, and now I know she's innocent" .... "This book is so well written" .... "The media is to blame for trying to convict her" ... "jose is a great lawyer" .. and sometimes, they throw in some criticism of "that other book written by the prosecutor". I couldn't resist posting questions under their reviews asking them things like "what FACTS were presented in this book that changed your mind?" .... "what lies did the media tell?" ... and of course, all I got in response were crickets.

I think if it weren't for all these fake 5 star reviews, his overall rating would be 0, just like it should be.

That was time well spent. It never occurred to me that book reviews could be falsified like that. Until I learned from this experience. Hopefully your
questions will make other readers question the report as written. And let the shills know that anybody familiar with this case is aware of all Baez's lies and fantasies and limited literary skills.

The latest rumor on twitter is that her parents rented a u-haul and moved her to Tampa. If she has enough property to require a moving trailer or truck, why are these items not listed in her assets in her bk filing?

Yes one tweeter in particular says her friend lived three doors down from her Cape Canaveral condo and that a Uhaul was seen. She says Casey has a burgundy PT Cruiser. Another tweeter tweeted a pic of Casey's supposed house. Think Tank is on it about getting this info to the bankruptcy people.

I agree FLmom777 ! She listed very FEW belongings in her bankruptcy filing. Would not need a UHAUL van for those few things to move.

I have learned that it is not actually a PT Cruiser, but looks similar - it is a Chevy HHR, which is what George also drives, in black.

For one thing -- she lied and said she did not drive a car at all, and rode the bus, or rode her bicycle for transportation. LIES!

And, her drivers license is still EXPIRED.

Who paid for this vehicle? Whose name is the car registered in?

George owns/owned a 2007 CHEVY HHR in black, just like the cranberry CHEVY HHR that monster is driving.
This photo of George in the HHR was taken June 2, 2009 - when he and Cindy were at Caylee's memorial site stealing a CROSS.

Baez wrote about George and Cindy's cars in his book.
He mistakenly called George's car a "PT CRUISER" - but it is a CHEVY HHR.
Baez: "George drove a black 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser, while Cindy drove a dark green 2005 Toyota 4Runner."

There are 2 cars on George's E-Pass records. The first is a 1999 green Toyota 4Runner and the second is a black Chevrolet HHR.

Yes the tag would be legal, if it was transferred properly. In FL the tag belongs to the person, not the vehicle. I imagine the dealership took care of the transfer, when he traded vehicles.

When you change cars in Florida you transfer the same plate to the new car.
