SM has not been named as a POI or as a suspect.
However, the speculation is out there and the discussion can go on.
RESPONSIBLY.

You cannot post everything about her personal life and/or her relatives and/or everyone she knows.
Use some sense people and imagine this is a relative or friend of yours and suddenly you are thrust into the crazywideweb simply because you know her.

Do not link to ANYTHING that you cannot confirm 100% belongs to SM. That goes for usernames or any other web presence. Public information can be LINKED; not copied and pasted.

Many posts are getting WAY TOO invasive. Perhaps some here weren't around earlier and didn't read the first post.

We are going to now stop analyzing Terri's family. We are going to stop debating what we call moms and dads. We are going to stop trying to decide if her credentials are credible.

Once a POI is named, we can have a thread to analyze family dynamics so we can discuss why a crime has occurred. Personally, I think the subject is interesting myself. But we don't have a POI.

To me that is confirmation she was seen with Kyron AFTER Tanner saw him walk past his school room door !!!

Pictures that are available on approved and open sites. Her FB is private, so those are off limits. MSM is safe for sure.

Can someone with broader experience/understanding/familiarity of how LE/stats play out in missing children cases explain, since there is no POI, but the flyer today explicitly asks questions about TH the day Kyron went missing, why they wouldn't be able to protect TH or assure the public (back TH up a little bit against the onslaught of suspecting minds) not to jump immediately pointing fingers? Or is this just one of the most bizarre things you've all come across?

If TH is innocent of any aspect of Kyron's missing, there has to be some serious element of trust to throw her under the bus, so to speak, in a way LE has to know implies she's implicated in this?

Does this make sense? The flyer seems o provide zero protection of a parent in a missing child case from accusations that are naturally taking place or becoming cemented.

Is there any reason you think if she's not involved they would put her in this position, I guess is the question?

TH has been a potential focus in this investigation because she was the last one seen with Kyron alive (per LE this afternoon) and she was also the one that "got the ball rolling" about his disappearance - meaning she didn't call 911 but she asked the bus driver who called the school who called LE.

With careful observation of her behavior (what little we have seen) her body language is defensive and a lot of her facial micro-expressions show fear, contempt, and disgust (along with guilt which could go either way - guilty because he went missing on her watch or guilt because, well she is guilty). She seems detached from the other 3 yet needs to cling to someone (that to me shows a need from her to be accepted).

We have no idea if LE has pinged her phone and it doesn't match up with where she said she was - but I kinda think that has happened as well.

I can't imagine why they would single her out like this, as no matter what happens in the future, there will now be those who will always believe she is guilty of something. LE should know that, from past cases and just commone sense.

But nothing about this how this case is being handled is anything like I have come across before.

I think they would put her in this position only with the consent of her and her family, but I can't think of a reason that would be necessary.

No, they wouldn't as it might follow her forever even if she was innocent. The other thing is she is not Kyron's natal parent even tho she raised him from babyhood. There might be something to do with that as to motive. I have no idea, just saying. xox

She's the potential focus in the investigation for these reasons:

1. She is the primary caregiver of this child, whose last ride to school wasn't on a school bus but purportedly in her vehicle.

2. She is the mother in a blended family....a child from a previous marriage for her, a child from a previous marriage for her husband, and a child they've made together.

3. Her child has recently been sent to live with her parents.

4. His child has an energy-sucking project due to present at school and she has that responsibility to make sure it's set up and he's prepared.

5. We know nothing other than what we've been told: She was the last one to see Kyron ALIVE. That leaves us to conclude that after she saw him alive, he was no longer alive. I choose not to fall into that solipsism. What we know is not what LE knows. There is a piece missing here, and it is in LE's grasp, and I'm comfortable with it being there instead of in our hands.

6. This case is "isolated" and other children are not "at risk" leaving one to conclude safely that this is a familiar person who has done this. Is it Terri? I don't know. What I DO know is that LE cannot make an outright accusation without proof, and in this instance, they are going about 'proof-gathering' in a way that baffles.

7. The truck/Mustang Kaine owns/Terri owns thing.....is bothersome. What does it mean? Does the flier which states Terri drove the that morning state the truth? Does that mean that's what Terri says and it doesn't match the evidence they speak of? Did she really drive the Mustang and says she drove the truck? To what end would she do that????

All of these questions, and so many more, are the reasons I see that they have her as the focus of the potential focus of an investigation.
