Proceedings resume. MM again tells the court that Zola said it's a matter of must that this thing happens that Saturday.
VZ: there was no contact between you and Tongo, but there were many calls between you and Qwabe(on Saturday). Why is that?
MM: As I mentioned, i won't be able to say exactly what was said, but it was about the planning to kill this woman.
VZ: if one looks at the calls, it seems you were in control of this and that fits in with the instruction that you gave Qwabe, that this must happen tonight. What do you say about that?
MM: That instruction I say, once again, is an instruction that came from Zola Tongo. That it's a matter of must that this thing happens tonight
VZ repeats that the telephonic records show communication between MM and Qwabe.
MM: I don't know but it was in relation to this

VZ: These calls confirm that you maintained a leading role.
MM: I don't dispute that.
Traverso: Then you were not taking instruction from Tongo.
MM: He had an input & I would convey what he says.
VZ: You said you received a call from Qwabe who said Tongo was not at the agreed place at 19:30. And you then tried to call Tongo, couldn't get hold of him, got hold of him later & gave reason why his phone was off.
MM: Correct
