PH: The DPP and I were in communication. I was present at one or two sessions and not Pollsmoor, where people convicted in this court are sent to? I didn't...

Traverso: How many time did you visit him with Mr. da Grass?

PH: Once

VZ: When would that have been?

PH: I can't remember

VZ: We have asked for all visits made to Tongo at Malmesbury. It seems you were there on 10 June 2011. You were signed in at 12:30 and Mr. da Grass at 12:59.

PH: there was another time, when Miss Riley was present. Tongo wanted his tablets, left at Col. Barkhuizen's office. I informed Mr. da Grass that I was going to see his client.Tongo was getting aggitated that he didn't have his tablets. Tongo put up a big performance. I didn't want to see Mr. Tongo without his legal representative present

PH: No, the prison head was also present. he said I'm not talking to you and I'm not talking to you and I'm not testifying.
