#1 trending story at The New York Times is about last night's Saturday Night Live spoof of "A Christmas Carol" with "Mike Flynn" as Ghost of Witness Flipped in heavy chains and "Hillary" appearing "Lock him up!" with gleeful laughter.

Who is 45's lawyer ? Getting confused about who's who

I'm getting confused too. I think I'm going to make a chart for myself. Seriously. I need to take notes to keep the stories straight.

Asha Rangappa (verified twitter acct) has a long and informative thread on the subject of the 35 Russian diplomats that the Obama Admn. booted. How and why it happened, and the importance of the sanctions, and the impropriety of the Trump transition actions to thwart US policy. JMO

If you can tell us who is DJT's lawyer, you make our day ! This case gives me a headache !!

No need everything said today will be diff tomm depending on cognitive and emotional state of mind.

It also depends on memory capacity in the moment -- some times he can remember what he says or tweets and at others he has no clue .

Depends on degree of impairment at the moment and what Fox is airing

Certainly not making an diagnosis

Delusions are hard for people. The Access hollywood tape he said was locker room talk
then last week he started talking about it was not him on the tape.

They have a very difficult time ascertaining reality from the delusions they are experiencing at the moment-- on better days they might be able to recall reality again.

Its tough stuff for folks around them -- they become belligerent when one tries to reorient them to reality

As things progress they can at times become very violent -- with all going on now it makes sense that he is in a downward spiral.

Last weeks wild and tangential tweets make sense - he was coming off a long trip , things are happening here - he is attacking world leaders and passing on terrorist tapes etc etc

At this point all anyone can do is monitor him via twitter.

When you see Tweets in rapid succession --he is getting agitated.

When you see tweets in rapid succession that have no connection to the previous tweet ( in close proximity time wise to the last one ) it indicates he is escalating, possibly paranoid imo. His thoughts are rapid fire , racing changing from subject to subject indicates the person is having a very hard time - they are often very scared . jmo

and angry.

and hard to manage.
The time of day his madness starts can also be helpful in anticipating how agitated a day he might experience. imo

If we know for sure he was up at like 11PM- and then the next Tweet is four hours later we can conclude that he has not been able to sleep .

Certainly not making an diagnosis but these patterns are very common -- they are called sundowning and he has been displaying these problems from the beginning. jmo

If one wants too ! you can track how much stress he is experiencing you can check out per 24 hour cycle last and first tweet within the past 24 hours - this will give you data on his sleep problems and afford you the opportunity to determine if he might order a nuclear attack based on this data !!

Jmo I would anticipate quite a week this week. We don't yet, really know how many in the oval office, other than Kelly, who are attempting to manage his illness when it escalates. jmo

On another whole different plane is really pathetic that all those who supposedly love and care about are (as far as we know) are not addressing his problems

There are meds that can provide the sufferer with some relief imo

Sundowning can cause a variety of behaviors, such as confusion, anxiety, aggression or ignoring directions (this is the Kelly stuff )

.Sundowning can also lead to pacing or wandering.Sundowning isn't a disease, but a group of symptoms that occur at a specific time of the day He has all along had problems in the very early hours of each day) that may affect people with dementia, such as Alzheimer's............

We are not allowed to foget follow the money!!!

IMO Jarods follow the money theme song is gonna be amazing

we know FinCen has gotten tons of banking info on all of them ---Manaforts 12 charges are clear indicator of that !!

So those that want to forget treason and political angle the question then becomes why support a bunch of sleezy folks who got there millions off the backs of drug dealers, human traffickers, etc etc

There felons -- the whole gang of em and ought to all go to jail on just those crimes

It is also highly likely that Fincin is working up quite a list of racketeering felony indictments

Forget the political -- they are gonna be serving time

There are reason why there were 12 charges guys

Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

Under RICO, a person who has committed "at least two acts of racketeering activity" drawn from a list of 35 crimes—27 federal crimes and 8 state crimes—within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering if such acts are related in one of four specified ways to an "enterprise".

An amazing 15 min segment about Trump and Racketeering and Italian Mafia the Russia mob and drug lords and ripping off old people

Not fake news -- indictments were issued on all this sleaze

RICO lawsuit exposes Trump Russia ties on another front

Rachel Maddow looks at the checkered past of a Donald Trump business associate who may become a legal liability to Trump, and reports on the new access by the Senate Trump Russia investigation to FinCEN documents that will help them follow Trump's money.

Yeah follow the $$$$, a bunch of Democrat lawyers in an endless investigation with their predetermined target, with no reason to ever end their investigation, and their gravy train. What a win win situation for those Dem lawyers! They get an open ended investigation of their enemy, and get paid as long as they keep the investigation going, and have very few limits and very few scrutiny of themselves. I find it kind of dangerous and Soviet-like, that unelected officials have so much unchecked power. So now, any time the electorate votes in someone that the Deep State does not like, they can appoint some unelected group who fabricates a case, and gets rich on the taxpayer's dime. Isn't that so wonderful.

So now it has gone from 'no collusion' to 'so what, collusion is not a crime'?

Mueller is a Democrat?

And were Republicans worried about the 'gravy train' of the countless numbers of investigations into HRC?

Trump has a team (probably more like a fleet!) of lawyers, but the major players are Ty Cobb (WH Counsel overseeing Russia investigation) and personal attorney, Jay Sekulow.

Thank you for clearing up. He had so many lawyers no wonder we lose track !!

Saturday's Trump tweet suggested he knew Flynn lied to FBI as well as Vice President Pence leading to obstruction of justice charge. Now his personal attorney claims he composed that tweet although this would be first --and last-- he would do so, says Dowd. Mueller needs to sort out. Also according to news reports his attorneys spent Saturday trying to calm Trump down. Why so panicked? Why all the lies?

  • #1,038
Trump is trying desperately to rewrite history to make his actions fit information coming out in the investigation. His efforts will eventually trip him up because there are documents, emails, recorded phone calls, testimony before various committees, etc. to cross-reference what he said, when, and to whom.

What? "Deep state conspiracy" now the new Looney tunes talking points for the cult. Mueller is highly respected former director of FBI, not a criminal or con like current president, ie money laundering and Trump University. Mueller was lawfully appointed by deputy AG Rod Rosenstein, who supervises the investigation, after FBI director fired in attempt to halt investigation and obstruction of justice by Trump.

You are welcome !

I am not sure but I think it is this character -- he himself, like everyone that surrounds this gang has quite a history himself

Ty Cobb, a lawyer for the president, kvetched about a colleague in public and sent several bizarre emails. And that’s only the latest West Wing attorney problem.

I think the main creep is this dude!

Ty Cobb
