LDB describing the costs and amounts to be assessed to a convicted person . . . FBI has declined to provide info for the SA to seek costs on their behalf . . . OCSO does not believe they have the ability to seek costs of incarceration of KC . . . those costs are not being presented.

LDB filed within 3 weeks of sentencing the costs . . . narrowed scope of costs . . . . FDLE and OCSO have limited their costs . . . from 7/15/08 thru 12/2008. Limited time requests to the time from when Caylee was reported stolen until she was found.

Issue before court . . . is whether and how to base the costs seeking from KC . . . witnesses will testify.

LDB calls Randy Means of Office of State Atty to the stand.
