Sheesh! CM now bashing LDB saying she didn't need to "say all that." HHJP laughs in shock at CM's arse-iness!

CM hates that he has to use his words in court to throw up his middle finger because afterall, he is such a well respected officer of the court. (NOT!) <---- but he has seen what JP does to a middle finger tosser.

CM makes my skin crawl. Logical can you toss all the stale Twartcakes at him please!!!!!!!!?

I believe it is her "right" to be present and her DT waived her right to be there at the time it was stated in court that the state would be pursuing reimbursement. It's not up to HHJP whether or not she appears. It is up to the defendant whether she is present.

The only reason I am enduring the pain of listening to CM *SPIT* out all this crap today is for CAYLEE. Secondarily for all my friends in the state of Florida who deserve their hard earned tax dollars back.
