While it's possible they technically want to wait for a conviction according to her tweets ebay was no longer allowing her art to be sold. I have already reported the current listing at least as an attempt to get it taken down.

She's selling them through other sources. They've set up a website

I love posting links. Last night, I posted the burglar report at grandma's. I love the researching and respect the ideas, thoughts, theories we all out together.

With the wonderful 3D that The Village Idiot posted, as well as some of the youtube videos, it is really hard to believe Jodi's story AT ALL, not that I ever did in the first place!!!

Thanks to all the wonderfully talented people who make all these for us to review - this is such a great place to be for all the tools, videos and camaraderie - the trial wouldn't have been the same with WS!!!

No amount of wishing or praying will bring Travis back, but when the final verdict is read, I'm hoping for justice for Travis and his family. Despite the verdict, one thing is for certain, this trial has made me feel I know Travis, a man I would not otherwise ever met, I have developed a great respect for him and his family for their strength and resolve. I've learned of the passion of Mr. Juan Marinez and Mr. Flores, two men I now hold in very high esteem. I've gotten to know many of my fellow sleuthers in a way I may not otherwise not known them. For all this, I'm grateful that Travis will live on in many of our collective hearts.

Emotional, physical, spiritual? I'll be blunt, but I would never "harvest" Jodi's organs because the evilness with transfer over to the receiver.

I can never imagine a killers organs being transferred into another human. That is so many levels of wrong, and sickening. A body is whole. We come to earth whole and should voluntary leave earth whole.

What I'm asking is can MySpace deliver these IP addresses and dates of entries, edits or changes independent of Jodi's computer or Travis'? I'd think, even if her computer was sealed by the court, the police could have still looked at it to determine something like that.

Thank you. This is a very important free speech issue. I received a timeout for saying that boycotts are better public expression than pitchforks and torches. Somehow the mods felt that this was pointed at Laviolette, as in encouraging people to boycott her.

It's the first time I have ever been banned anywhere and I was very surprised. What could be more important than discussing the power of the internet on the internet? Right now is when we're deciding what we're going to let the web be used for and if we can't have public discussions about these matters, then it is left to our elected officials.

If you think they are responsive to public opinion, think gun control. We need the internet not only to decide what to believe, but to organize and use our power as voters and consumers for the issues we care about.

Organ donation is an issue which should be talked about openly. Same with animal cruelty. Open public discussion, SUNLIGHT, is what keeps a society healthy and honest.

I think what he was saying was that Det. Flores mis-interpreted what he said, but I didn't take it that he was calling the detective a liar. :twocents:

I've worked in IT for over 15 years.

Here's what I think:

1.Her browsers history and cache were probably cleared.
2.Depending on the type of internet connection she had (DSL, dial-up), the computer's IP address gets renewed regularly or when the modem is rebooted.
3. Socials Networks "purge" user data regularly as well, otherwise the networks would bottleneck.
4. IMHO they have nothing unless she logged into Travis' Gmail and sent an email.
5. Every time you send an email there is a "header" attached; basically encoded script that can be decoded to determine it's sent origin.

Maybe they could get you up on the witness stand because I have this question:


If they had Wi-fi, could someone have accessed their computer from outside the home and made it LOOK like they were actually logged onto the computer the detective did the forensics on?


I just read an article about a couple who was originally arrested for having ch. on their computer and then through the investigation it was determined that a neighbor had in fact downloaded the photos via their wi-fi account.

This couple was then found innocent.

I agree about how it would be poetic justice if it came in at that date......... that would make them deliberate for how long? weeks and weeks?

I 100% agree, unlike LaViolet and Dr. Samuels, both the ME and Det. Flores showed strength and honesty in admitting they slipped up, and also were quick to correct themselves no matter how hard the DT would try to twist the facts.

Anyways, in Canada we have a place we can choose to fill if we want to donate organs.

My 16 year old cousin died in a ski crash and her liver was donated to someone.

The geometry and the heart pumping comments were priceless. JW did not break him. Had it been the other way around, and Dr. McYummy was on the defense side, Juan WOULD have broke him.
