Aware Nancy didn't work.

Saw Brad fairly often, but didn't spend a great deal of time together.

Liked him just fine.

Had dinners back and forth.

Brad was around on occasion.

Nancy told her about affair Brad had. Objection/ noted for record over ruled.

Asked if she was made aware of Brad's affair via Nancy. Kurtz objected. Judge over ruled, noted objection. Goes to state of mind when Nancy told this witness of affair.

I think that this witness is the other person that had plans with Nancy on July 12.

Nancy wasn't happy.
Didn't know what she was going to do, Brad didn't admit it then.

Caused big problem.
Next months after, Nancy stayed in the marriage.

Told Nancy to go to councelling.
Hear about an affair with previous bosses wife.

Something about a woman from MBA program? woman in France.

This witness (Heather?) was also told by nancy of other affairs that Brad had. Boss's wife, MBA program and perhaps the French woman--who may be the same as the one from the MBA program.
