Have we heard any evidence that proves NC didn't go running?
Have we heard any evidence that proves BC forwarded the phones, thus NC did not make the call to his cell phone?

Those are 2 key points I struggle with (because I think he is guilty).

Jennifer Federoff, Nancy's "nighttime friend" (that's what Nancy called her). Lives in Lochmere, too.

I think I would have been friends with NC, it sounds like she had a funny, quirkly sense of humor. :(

No, not yet. I'm still hoping.

Your first question...not specifically..however I do recall someone mentioning she never ran from the house..but drove to wherever she planned to run...and it appears her car did not leave the house that morning..

Second question~~ I think we will get something from the puter expert and or FBI to explain what happened there..So we will have to wait on that I guess.

I'm not sure *evidence*, other than even Brad saying 'she never ran alone', CC saying 'she never ran from home', 'never ran without her keys', etc.

Listening to this testimony right now, and the 'accidents' elder child had. I hope it's okay to say it this way??? There must have been such trauma ongoing inside that household. 'Accidents' are such a strong sign of extreme stress inside the household. :( Poor kids.

I like yesterday's DA style best.

Yes, I struggle with these as well. But is CC the be all know all about NC's running habits...I run and my running friends don't know every single thing I do. The other day someone (I think it was SleuthyGal?) brought up the fact about the pony tail and how her hair wasn't found like that (from what we've heard). To me, that's the closest "aha" I've had.

This witness just said a few minutes ago the in the divorce, the $$$$ was more important than her kids! Y'all heard that, right.

Also, ADA asked a ???? to which she did not know the answer:

"Have you ever been in their garage?"

NO.

What's the point of senseless ?????s like that?

How much NC hated BC and BC was a mean nasty do we need to hear?

I might go polish the chrome on the Harley.

Witness says upon return from vacation, NC mad because dishes she (NC) used to feed kids before trip were still in the kitchen......

Now, I know this is petty, but why didn't she put them in the dishwasher before she left? Or washed them herself?

BBM.
So, because NC wanted an hour to herself during the day to work out that makes her a bad mom? It seems like most of the time when she was hanging out with her "desperate housewives" the kids were with her. If not, it was at night when BC was tending to them and the kids were presumably sleeping.

And the kids weren't in daycare - they were at preschool. Probably a couple hours a day. It's very common. Kids learn things and get prepared for school.

Exactly, our kids went to preschool too. I didn't *want* them to go, missed them while they were gone. I did it because I knew my children needed the socialization in a classroom setting prior to beginning kindergarten for *their* own welfare. Better start in kindergarten if they are prepared for the separation, etc.

Yes I heard that and initially I was startled too..but then thought about it abit...I think the $$ was priority because she had NONE..and couldnt afford to do anything regarding providing for the kids, moving, leaving for Canada..She felt trapped financially..Think that is how she meant it...

Just as aside...This witness brought back memories for me as I went trhu same thing with my friend..and even to having her say" He's Breaking Me" and "Dont know How much More I an Fight this".....and I too hugged and tried to support her emotionally....It really is an aweful thing to experience with a close friend

Bashing the murder victim? Nice. Perhaps she was in a hurry that day (leaving for vacation) and asked Brad to put them in the dishwasher? Kind of slack, and petty, for him not to bother to wash them. They were the dishes HIS children ate from.

No kidding, she obviously deserved being killed. :(

  • #356
That's not proof. If there is something to it, I would expect the defense to call Mr. Pearson as a witness. I guess we will see.

Yes we will see

I'm going to guess someone had a bad divorce and probably works in RTP.......:twocents:

I was out, can anyone quickly recap what's gone on the last witness and the one currently up?

  • #359
This witness isn't saying anything meaningful to me. She actually is making it hard for me to pay attention. Quit blinking already.
