I don't agree.

I don't even think the Youngs were thinking about anything being missing for a long time, they didn't care about "stuff" until later.

The Youngs are not a poor family, Mrs. Young sits on a million dollars worth of property, and Jason's salary was amazing, and looks like Heather was doing good as well.........

With all due respect sitting on a million dollars worth of property isn't much these days. And even so how do you think the wealthy remain wealthy? Certainly not by throwing away $$$ that can be legitimately claimed. No it makes no sense for a man who was so concerned about his assets that he mentioned taking a hit on the house and being able to keep his house hours after the brutal murder of his wife and yet not claim thousands and thousands of dollars worth of jewelry as stolen.

He AND his family (especially "mommy") would have been all over that like white on rice.

I think she cleaned herself and that's why the feet cleaning was only half done. The daycare employees and Meredith both testified that the child was able to turn on the taps and wash her hands. The bathroom has one set of prints belonging to the child. She talked about a wash cloth. There are child's prints on the carpet between the bedroom and the bathroom. I don't see anything pointing to another person washing her feet ... and I don't believe it happened in the backyard.

No wash cloth, no blood in the sink.

CY was heard asking for a washcloth but she never says why or for whom.

If anyone is wondering what the child used to clean her feet, I think the answer is simple ... she used the washcloth she mentioned during the 911 call.

Because he thought he'd strangle her and be done with it? Just thinking out loud here, but maybe he never intended to have to beat her to a bloody mess. It's possible, IMO, that when she woke and tried to get his hands off her, he flew into a rage that things were veering off plan, so he wailed on her, as if to say 'fight me now, b--ch.'

Another answer is: killers make mistakes and get caught all the time.

I don't know about the gloves (whether he had them or not), but I think he didn't expect the blood. And that's why the pullover is missing, and why he wouldn't have been concerned about the HP's. The big issue with that is the size 10 Franklins. Those would mean, if possessed by JY, that he planned to leave tracks of something somewhere. And if he planned that, then I agree it would be bad judgment or a very bad plan to have put on his traceable shoes and then leave footprints at the scene.

I think the size 12 footprints are strong evidence against him. But the Franklins remain a mystery. I'm afraid it probably could mean there were two people there. And that is a big can of worms for the state if that is the case.

Thank you!!! I've been asking that all along.... I asked hubby if he were planning on killing someone what would he plan..What would he do first... He answer was gloves and different shoes.... Shoes that he would never wear.... Thrift store shoes....

Of course my hubby is a teddy bear..He would never do that.... It takes a lot for him to get mad...

He wasn't expecting a strangulation to turn into a mess. He f'd up, that's how a lot of killers get caught.

Where on the wall was the mark(s)?? How high??? The photo Im looking at shows lil prints low on the wall.. Maybe like she was playing in the blood.. Yes I know thats bad, but its something a 2 yr old may do.. Not really understanding...

Also in the pic what is the gold looking cloth?? Towel? blanket?

I'll have to look at the pics again, they could have been low. I just remember there were blood smears on the wall. I don't think anyone else was in the bathroom because her prints on the floor would have been smeared at least. Unless the person was very careful for whatever reason to avoid smearing them.

That's why I had wondered whether he had come in the Franklins planning to put on the other ones or a getaway. But I have to admit, that is conjecture only and not the most logical theory at all.
