So what is your opinion on the prosecution's failure to nail down a tiimeline that the camera went black? To me that is a pretty big detail since they managed to get so many snippets of Jason Young himself on camera.
Surely they could have nailed that timeline of the unplugged camera within minutes of the occurrence. Yet all of the hotel employee's were completely oblivious as to a timeframe on this incidence. But they reported it to Local LE, would the Hotel not be required to keep incidence reports?
Love to hear your thoughts on this.

Not addressed to me ... but I watched the night audit clerk's first testimony and he stated that the camera feed was in the back office, in the very same room where he was doing the paperwork for the bills (the ones that he had to process and print before sliding under the room doors). He was in the office from before midnight, yet he did not notice that the camera was unplugged until he physcially saw that it was unplugged at about 4:30 in the morning (testified to when he noticed it was unplugged today). We also heard today that the camera times were often messed up. I don't know how anyone can draw conclusions about the camera times with that information.
