Where Mr and Mrs Cox sign the form they had to draw a line through the typed "August" and write "Sept" above it, so that is proof you are correct.

From the bags under his eyes and pale skin tone I'd say he's not slept in a while. I think the slow, torturous process this has created for him is fitting.

I just cannot wrap my small mind around what makes a pervert like this tick. Does anyone know more about what motivates a person to want to take pics of children in a tub? I just dont get it. There is nothing sexual about a child, I never understood that . I know the FBI makes profiles of weird-o's like this, is there a link or more info on these scum of earth types I can read about? thanks

I think it is more then that in his case. When he talks about Susan and how she came on to him I would bet he thinks he is telling the truth. If she bent over around him he believed she was coming on to him, if she bumped into him he believed she was rubbing all over him. He is delusional.

Correct. There was a defense attorney brought onto Dr. Drew just now who said their strategy will likely be to challenge that the search warrant was not related to what these items found were (and thus this may be why the sherriff earlier today was quick to point out the "typo" about "homicide investigation" being incorrect on the arrest), and also use the same CA strategy of saying that he was not the only one who had access to that computer, etc. to try to create reasonable doubt.
