I noticed that some time back. My thought at the time was that it had been passed around among various LE officers and then copied, perhaps multiple times, for the flyers and LE records.

Hi everyone. This is my first post and I don't know if anyone else mention what I see. Most of the time, but not always, the parents/ grandparents of the missing child try to get involved with starting some sort of missing child network or they may start a webpage or go out and try to make a difference so that other children can be found, or to prevent sex predators from harming other children.(Mark Klass, John Walsh,The Kankas,Jessica Lunsfords dad, just to name a few.) Yeah, I realize that no everyone is up to this sort of challege, esp if your child is still missing. But I would think that Ron and his law enforcement conections family would try to get the ball rolling in that direction. Instead, he is out selling drugs ??? I just don't understand how these people think. :furious:

The picture that papa blew up is from about 10 - 11AM the morning right after Haleigh went missing. If the 911 call was around 3:30 - then this pic is about 8 - hours after the 911 call! Very interesting wouldn't you say?

Interesting isn't the word for these injuries. They are remarkable and certainly need explaining when seen so soon after a child disappears mysteriously.
And his excuse was hitting a door?

As for the cuts on Ronalds hand, I think it very suspicious compared with the time frame of Haleigh's disappearance. Yes, it could be related to something else, but when investigators see cuts on a subjects hands (after a murder) they always take pictures of those cuts. Hopefully, there are pictures that were taken by LE, although there is the video for back up.

That coupled with his "performance" the day after Haleigh was reported missing, had my hinky meter up from day one. That video of Ronald was no award winning performance and it was then that I said to myself, "somethings not right here". Add in the 911 call and, IMO, it's obvious that Ron was no innocent by stander in Haleigh's fate.

Everything since then has only added to the suspicion, but if I have to recall two events that put Ronald into the guilty light, I remember that interview and the 911 call. Everything else is just gravy.

Well, I was in the nancy Grace camp until reading the last 2 Levi show threads, the article he wrote then reading this thread---and a couple other's lately (when I can get signed in or type a post without the curser jumping all over the place or keep getting signed back off every time I hit 'submit' or my browser getting shut down from 'not responding'???) and I have to say--i didn't know about the cuts on his HANDS--never noticed them--but ITA with your entire post==when you put these things together, they're too much to ignore!

Could this be what MC meant when she said in a convo with one of her parents--mommy i think--the cops are gonna 'look stupid' afterward--when she was talking about telling Leonard Padilla some "info" to get her out? Maybe she believes LE don't think him suspect of anything? Per his 'alibi'?
Maybe they're playing the two against eachother? Then tonight, in another visit she said "I can't JUST BRING her home"! Key words. And, reportedly, she stated "it would hurt 2 people"?
(and does this mean herself included--or does she see herself as completely without responsibility?)

I can't see her being quiet if she were not implicated--she wants OUT much too badly!!!

Still, I am now seriously re-thinking BUT I still believe MC KNOWS and had a HAND in what happened!
She was cranky & tired.
Didn't want to babysit.
Wasn't it her b-day or something? (like she hadn't partayed enuff 3 daze prior!)
didn't really care for Haleigh?
Jealous anger/rage at bedtime?
RC telling her to go ahead and give her a "spank"?
The ToC visit while trailer dark? (or he's one of the 2 people--think him AND his wife were a little too BS'ing it tonight with 'the truth will set ya free' ((big GRINS)) and Tommy's 'I ain't got nothin' to do wit it'.....((More Big GRINS))

RC MARRIED her after she let someone 'steal' his child, has stuck up for HER when she was the LAST known person with HIS MISSING child, sold DRUGS with her when he SHOULD be doing everything in his POWER to get the truth out of HER!!!

The first thing that's looked for in these situations--even with missing wives--are INJURIES on SO's in the home!!!

I think we are forced to simply accept what has been told to us by several members of this family. Ronald got into a fight with Cousin Joe less than 48 hours before that picture was taken. In fact, the only one saying there was no fight was Ronald himself.

Looking at the picture of Joe posting the fliers the same day that this picture of Ronald was taken, Joe didn't seem to have a mark on him while Ronald looked like he had been tore up. Embarrassment about getting his azz beat could easily be why Mr Cummings tried to deny the fight.

I don't know for sure what happened, but when I've got this many people saying there was a fight, Ronald looking like there was a fight, AND Ronald trying to deny the fight, it's not too difficult for me to form an opinion.

Ronald got spanked by Cousin Joe.

I agree Papa, I think that Ron and Joe got into it too. I'm also a bit puzzled that cousin Joe doesn't appear to have a mark on him. :waitasec: I don't think the fight was about the gun though. I think Ron put that gun in the driveway pipe so that LE would not find it during the investigation.

LOL, I know your pain. I'm logged out every ten minutes everytime I'm logged on. suggested that I log out and log back on a few times to see if it cleared it up. I tried that several times. I still get logged out every ten minutes. I have to log back in several times during reading or posting. I'm almost use to it. Sometimes it is so aggravating I just quit before my blood pressure goes up too much. If I know that I'm going to post a long post, I type it first on word then paste it in the reply section. That way I'm not logged off in the middle of replying. As far as your post goes. I think you are getting on the same path as I have been for a year.

I'm thinking that the small cuts on Ron's hands could also be cuts from finger nails. Maybe Misty's finger nails trying to pry Ron's hands from around someone's neck, maybe Haleigh's neck. I do know that DNA was taken from Ron's hands and compared to the door and supposedly there was a match. I don't think the injuries came from Ron hitting the door though. I think he hit the door later so that he could claim that hitting the door was how he got the injuries.

I can't see Ron being all cool and just talking to Misty when she got home from her party weekend. Not with his temper!! I hope those marks didn't come from hitting her or strangling her and she had to pry him off.

Which leads me to believe he may have been trying to hang on to that van while Misty was trying to get away from him...No doubt in my mind something happened to Haleigh when he caught up with Misty that afternoon after she picked up Haleigh...What I do not understand is this.. WHY was he not arrested immediately if not sooner after they saw those bruises...JMO

Maybe just my imagination, but the first thing I think when I see this pic is forced and fake.

Also, if this was the am after - when and why did he get dressed up? I guarantee he didn't wear that shirt to work, so he must've changed? Who, when their child is missing, feels the need to change their clothes and (it appears) shave? I'd probably have on the same clothes for days until someone held me down and forced me to get cleaned up and change.

Debs, help me out here! I thought they changed at the police station. It would make more sense to change at the house but I never heard of that before....thanks.

If they did that means that misty was supposed to have been wearing boxer shorts and a tank top blouse because TN said she was wearing her sleeping clothes when she arrived.

It looks like somebody arrived with a fresh change of clothes for rc for the cameras. I don't think a polo appearing fresh with no wrinkles is his normal choice of everyday wear.
