Suspicious behavior of Haleigh Cummings father

Boy I would like to know what she was wearing when 911 showed up that night. I just wonder if the clothes she actually had on that night were thrown in the dryer. I just didn't think she'd be smart enough to remember to put on her pajamas for when LE showed up.

I recall that NG (?) had asked that question and TN said she was wearing boxer shorts and a t-type blouse. TN said misty was dressed for sleeping.

ILM, so agree with you. He probably bought her cigarettes, beer, food and she attached herself to what she thought was her rising "star". Didn't she find it odd that she didn't even have a key to the MH?

The biggest thing for me is: How could Ron take her back after the weekend she had? How? Doesn't he have any self worth. Why would he want to be with a woman that did what she did that weekend?!

He didn't really love Misty, but he does love money and drugs. I wouldn't be surprised if she was earning money and/or drugs for him by turning tricks. As long as he got his cut and she still gave him plenty of sex, he wouldn't care how many other guys she *bleeped*. imo

I've never gotten the impression that Misty was jealous of Haleigh. Teresa, GGS, & Crystal all said that Misty loved & was good to the children, & that they adored her & cried to be with her. If Misty was secretly being mean, they wouldn't have wanted to be with her.

My perception of Misty is that she's a very selfish and immature teen who was jealous of Haleigh. She resented having to tend another woman's children and give up her me me me time, but was willing to do it if it meant she'd have her totally hawt dream lover, Ronald. uke:

That doesn't mean Misty was mean to Haleigh all the time-- she probably did have fun with her on occasion when it suited her. She was like a jealous older stepsister.

Children tend to be very forgiving, and they usually always think teenagers are cool. Hanging out with the "big kids" is a huge privilege to them. They would overlook cruelty from Misty if it meant there were fun times as well.

azwriter, I don't get that feeling that Misty was afraid of Ron, ever. She may have had plans to continue the weekend party, an I'll show you, type of vindictive manuver, a temper tantrum. I don't think they were back together. Haleigh was outgoing, happy, and she told Daddy when someone came over. Misty knew Ron loved his kids and always put them first over her. Haleigh was his princess not Misty. Haleigh had the gold necklaces, her name was tatooed on his back. I'm sure Haleigh was a constant little happy, chatter-box, relaying conversatations and actions she saw. Both of my daughters used to do that, sometimes drove me crazy and I dearly love them.
I see something very dark in Misty, well beyond teenage acting out. Just one of my theories.

I agree with everything but the bold. Those children were not at the top of Ronald's list at all. imo

LOL, I know your pain. I'm logged out every ten minutes everytime I'm logged on. Adnoid suggested that I log out and log back on a few times to see if it cleared it up. I tried that several times. I still get logged out every ten minutes. I have to log back in several times during reading or posting. I'm almost use to it. Sometimes it is so aggravating I just quit before my blood pressure goes up too much. If I know that I'm going to post a long post, I type it first on word then paste it in the reply section. That way I'm not logged off in the middle of replying. As far as your post goes. I think you are getting on the same path as I have been for a year.

Hey I know how to fix the logging out thing... THANKS TO KIMSTER, I was having the same thing happen, the way you fix that is when you first log in there is a box that says remember me if you click that and it won't log you you out, but make sure when you do leave for the evening or whatever you go under account and physically log out. It has been a lifesaver to me, having that....

Have we noticed any fancy rings on our players' hands? I can't rule out something scraping between his fingers, like a rope, and I still have doubts about the bruise in the photo, but what do I know. He could've gotten it blocking a punch or hitting the door with the side of his fist and arm.

Look at his wounds again, Bessie. They're angular. Rope wouldn't cause an angular wound. I'd be more inclined to believe he got his hand stuck between concrete before I'll buy the rope burn. A rope burn causes an abrasion....a 'burn'.....these are cuts.

I should've been clearer. I was referring to the abrasion that looks like it was made from something rubbing or scraping in between or through his ring finger and pinky. There was a discussion about it the other night. I speculated that it might have been caused by pulling at a thick, prickly vine. Someone else said it looked just like rope burns she received from using rope to drop an anchor. But I absolutely agree that the angular wounds are cuts, not scrapes, and they look relatively deep, which says impact with a hard and sharp or jagged surface. So, taking in the whole picture and the variety of wounds and abrasions, what do you see? That's a serious question, btw. I'm curious because I respect your opinion.

Yes, he is wearing it in the photo with Haleigh when they are fishing.
He is wearing a black t-shirt, the long chain and cross. Mew used the pic for her puppet photo downstairs which is also her avi now, too. Can you see avi's?
He is also wearing it in the uc drug video when he is talking about the "dope boys". He has a white t-shirt on in that video.

I have no clue why he would wear the ring that looks like a wedding band.
Usually it is the opposite-maybe he thinks he is so hawt he needs it to keep the girls away. :sick:

Possible reasons he wears the ring:

a.) To pick up chicks, many females are attracted to married men.

b.) It's a promise ring from his mother.

c.) He just likes it.

d.) He thinks it makes him appear more grown up and responsible-- "See, I'm a devoted family man!"

1. Grandpa Kirby left it to him and he just MAY have a sentimental bone left in his body.
2. It's gold--if he left it laying around, someone else would pawn it.

Why she made that statement, I don't know, but I doubt Haleigh was doing wheelies that afternoon. Also, to my knowlwdge, Tommy has never stated he was there that afternoon either so we really don't know IF he was even over there that afternoon when she claims he was.....
Hopefully, someday we will know the truth, but I'm not counting on that happening anymore..IMHO...

Has any information been published, (video, article, anything) with Lindsey's accounting of what she was doing the afternoon of February 9th, around 5:00pm? When I watch the poly video it seems to me that Tommy was suppose to have been there with his kids at about the same time as the "famous" AC guy. I think if LE would just release a bit of information regarding the AC guys' statement that it would help tremendously with the public regaining their memories about that afternoon and what they may have noticed or heard.

The clip from post#262 (quoted above)tells us how big a liar rc really is. The most outstanding part of the clip is watching TN run the show. This woman NEVER stops interfering. She is the ultimate helicopter parent and the scariest person in the world to have for a mother-in-law.

Geraldo was on it and good. Teresa knew it. RC was losing it. He lied about the drugs, he lied about hitting his children, he lied about hitting women. Tn has proven she and she alone is running this show.

If people so much as call her precious ron a name, she and ron feel the authorities should be called....such entitlement from these two. RC was high as a kite in that clip.

Did anyone catch the bricks of marijuana in rc's place along with many plants? Now where did the plants and paraphenalia go on February 9th and who took them to their destination? Answer that and the case is solved.

Did rc and misty let those plants stay in the house and LE ignored it when the dusted, printed for evidence? I personally doubt it! Did TN and AS clean it up so they could get their money for the video walk through? That entire MH looked staged. Nobody lives like that in those kind of surroundings..

This was a drug house...period..imo. Kids were collaterol damage.

Ron's gun was stashed that night (at Tommy's). Have to wonder and would like to rule out if the plants at the mondex were Ron's. I wonder if they dusted for prints on the flower pots..
Did Tommy give the info about the plants and the mondex and this was at the same time as they drained the pond. He was in custody when all this was coming down.
