Hmm they let him out in 16 minutes

In and out they go. :waitasec: How they post bond so fast is behind me

I went on a ride-along with a local deputy sheriff and we took a guy with a warrant to the county jail. I asked a lot of questions. :)

What they said was that they will set a bail immediately and then the arrested person gets "pointed out". The point system is based on their past arrest history and maybe other things, I don't know. So, in our county, they can "point out" before seeing a judge. Maybe that is what happens at PCSO.

It also seems to take some time to book them. If you track the scanner thread, you will see. Maybe b/c booking takes so long, by that time family has already posted the bond... just guessing.

Does that mean it wasn't as violent as the arresting charge sounds?

jmo - but for Putnam County, you have to admit that bond is relatively high.
wait-a-sec... where do these peeps get so much cash? Revolving credit at the bailbonds company?! geesh.

I have no idea. Maybe a bogus charge, who knows.

Must not have had any questions for him.

And ain't that a shame considering he is the one who stated he doesn't squeal on family...JMO

It surely would make sense given it seems to be the pat answer for most of his relatives.

Why are we discussing a charge from Oct.? I must have missed something.

I agree. I think we are getting off topic, but I was hoping someone else would mention it before I did. LOL

I think it is because this is Haleigh's g'mother's brother who lives right near Annette [Teresa's mother] and whose wife reportedly went to the m/h on Green Ln on 2/9/09 and who committed a terribly violent crime on someone much younger than himself.

Also because his victim, who was taken out to the clay pits behind the dump at Lake Como and beaten up by Teresa's brother. The victim suffered injuries significant enough to have been described by PCSO to media.

And finally because the victim is reportedly Misty's new beau who apparently called 911 to report Ronald threatening him from a stolen 4-wheeler.

Seems reasonably relevant to me.

Do y'all think it's not?

Here is Donald Squire's co-defendent, btw:

imo, I don't think it's relevent at all unless someone thinks he kidnapped Haleigh. And reportedly, by whom? I have never seen her mentioned.

Thanks, LF........seems to me worth working through the interconnectedness.

:croc:

I don't know how that : croc : thing got onto my reply before I even started typing.

But anyways, if y'all don't want to discuss FACTS then

OK

What ever
;)

Umm... could you re-phrase the question, please?

Facts would be a welcome change actually, imo.
I just don't see what TN's brother has to with finding Haleigh, unless someone thinks he kidnapped her? I have never seen him mentioned by LE or any other media source as being part of the case.

Thx.
Donald Robert Squires was arrested on the 26th, but not booked until the 27th. Sorry for any confusion.

Perhaps we should discuss Teresa's hairstyle now? Seems a little, er, tense talking about Haleigh's uncle being arrested for beating up Misty's new boyfriend six weeks ago.
