I am a strong swimmer and I dive. I also hike the wilderness and explore caves. But ...But...But....Cave diving, not a chance on God's green earth. I cannot imagine there would be a sedative strong enough for me, and I can swim good. Miracle...yup

I too am a strong swimmer, but haven't done any Scuba or snorkeling courses, and much less wet cave exploration. *Shudder* But one of my ex-bfs was a diver, so I learned a bit there, in Mexico and the US. I have done a teensy weensy bit of spelunking, but only barely out of sight of sunlight. (Yup. I am a wuss.) I do love to watch cave diving vids though, as I am definitely a water person. (I moved 7,000 miles+ away from my home to find a nice area near the sea.) Some of the videos, as these cave divers plumb the depths of cenotes and blue holes, find amazing artifacts and terrain, stuff that let's us better understand the ancient world. There is an entire area of scholarship that can be opened up with some of our archaeologists and historians diving. Wish I had the guts!

Wow! What a roller coaster ride this has been! I can’t wait to see or hear about the boys progress. I think they’re going to be just fine.

The night shift cops have arrived and the day shift is leaving. It looks like they are winding down the operation for the day.

I have to admit the other day I had hope, then I heard they could not swim and my stomach sank to my foot. My hope was shook bigtime. I am so happy for this outcome, hope is restored.

I take it there won’t be any ambulances coming our way. Looks like they’re blocking the road from the media.

Sheer joy here . . . I'm in love with the people from Thailand and most especially, most especially those precious 12 boys and their remarkable coach. What a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful ending. Godspeed my little brothers. Much love coming your way from my heart in Dallas, Tx.

Time for this old lady to lay down for a couple of hours before I have to get up for the dogs and cats. I want to thank you all for keeping me company during this roller coaster of an emotional journey....hugs to all...
