Daily Mail has identified the rescued boys. Hope this isn't a repeat.
Wish I could make a link.
Luddite here.

Here I go again.

Daily Mail has identified the rescued boys. Three of them. Maybe the coach was the fourth person removed from the cave. The reason I say that is, the Australian doctor was the one triaging and he might have insisted that the coach get out before he expired. Maybe he's the one who went to the local hospital in poor condition. Hmmmm

I agree. 30 American military personnel (including Navy Seals) from the US Pacific Command plus Thai officials and Thai divers had been searching for the boys for 8 days before the British diver "accidentally" found them when he ran out of rope and then surfaced in their cavern.

I think at that point, it was a recovery mission. They were hoping they would be able to find their bodies. They didn't outright say it, but it was certainly hinted at.

No, this has been going on for 15 days, already. They have only gotten involved in the last couple of days. But more important, if they were really concerned about cave rescues, they should have been developing the equipment before this. You don't develop rescue equipment as it is needed, because that is too late. This is nothing but a publicity stunt.

Do you seriously believe Elon Musk should have put on a wet suit and dived with the Thai and American Seals for the boys during the first 9 days that they were missing?
That's the ONLY way he would have know there was a tortuous cave path needing someone to invent a rescue pod.

Three days after the boys were found, he began creating plans for rescue pod to save them even though he was never asked to do so and would have to finance the endeavor with his own money.

The first boy out was Monhkhol Boonpiam, 13, known as Mark.
The second boy was Prajak Sutham, known as Note.
Number three was Nattawoot Thakamsai, a 14-year-old asthma sufferer whose parents have already lost a baby daughter to cancer.
Lastly came Pipat Bodhu, 15, aka Nick, who was not even in the team but came along as a friend of the goalkeeper.

No, I think he should have been working on the equipment at that time. Not after the rescue is already underway. At this point his help is just symbolic.

So, somewhat OT but my 14 year old daughter left home in VA June 22 to go several states away (Illinois, Indiana and Michigan) for a trip to a national choir performance and tour then directly to Florida with a friend and their family. I’ve been a basket case worrying about her and we’ve been in contact the entire time. She just got home today and I’m so relieved! I just cannot fathom the worries these families are going through.
