From that article comparing him to Diana at age 35

"Then, with his marriage to Meghan Markle last year, he confounded expectations with his choice of a smart, talented and wonderfully ambitious partner rather than some blonde British preschool teacher with a vast collection of fascinators."

Perhaps the acid-tongued author might have thought a moment and remembered that his mother, Diana, was a "blond British preschool teacher".

It is obvious that the reference was to Diana and the negative things that were said about her at the time.

Diana has become beloved but she was brutalized in reality. How soon everyone has forgotten

Is anyone surprised at this?

"Despite being born with a silver spoon in my mouth I have never had a s*** on a golden toilet, so I look forward to it."

...He added: "It’s not going to be the easiest thing to nick.

"Firstly, it’s plumbed in and secondly, a potential thief will have no idea who last used the toilet or what they ate. So no, I don’t plan to be guarding it."

I don't like Edward Spencer-Churchill

It will be a telling day when neither Harry nor his wife post something that doesn't involve Diana.

She was a beloved icon, certainly. This son has yet to establish his own life not dominated by her shadow. Unlike William.

MOO. MOO.

Is the Balmoral holiday longer than usual this year? When might the Queen return to London?

Good article - thanks! There is so much organization required in choosing the Queen’s outfits and color coordinating them down to the umbrella. I can’t even imagine how they do it and wonder how far in advance they plan her wardrobe. It boggles my mind.
INR?

I wonder how many outfits she has. There must be something like a hundred. All coordinated to the nth degree, and I guess that includes the Fulton Umbrella. Her dressers are awfully good at rotation. You never feel like you've seen her in something over and over again. Today's photo of her going to church in Balmoral is a good example. That raspberry color is lovely, yet totally different than the pink, or champagne, or blue outfits we've seen her in before on the way to church.

And speaking of fashion...... here's an interesting article about royals at London Fashion Week

The Royal Family at Fashion Week | Tatler

I particularly love this photo of Diana in 1988. Look how confident she looks. The outfit is, odd, but she looks radiant, so full of life and energy

I think this is a nice photo, too

I love his paintings. I wonder if he did anymore?
They're great paintings but Harry probably didn't do them
"Some of the boys knew he would paint their pictures for them and would encourage him to talk about his pet subjects to keep him painting. I also saw him painting boys' work in their absence - in particular, Prince Harry's work, which later featured in the newspapers, and that of another of his second year A-level students."
('Teacher did Prince Harry's exam paintings')

Harry didn't have his B grade for the work taken off him but the teacher who blew the whistle got a settlement so it unlikely that she made it up, they wouldn't say he cheated only that he was "helped" (£45,000 damages for Prince Harry teacher)

*It’s NEW CLOTHES*. Not cast off’s. I strongly believe people need to feel positive. Hard to feel positive in castoff.
:( But It's Not!

Sorry, this is incorrect, it's been repeated over & over so now it's stated as fact.
Direct from the horses mouth, so to speak...

@Keine Engel! gregjrichards is a smart cookie! Have you checked pawnshops? Can we pool our allowance???

Oh, wait, I guess we'd have to give it back?

Could we take turns wearing it while we drive to Scotland Yard? While you drive, I would drive on the wrong side & would not know how to turn!

:D LOL

Unfortunately I do believe this Tiara was broken up, for it's gems, immediately after the theft. It looks like it was well organised, planned specifically for the tiara :(
There's no chance it's in any pawn shop (& extremely doubtful it's even still) in the U.K.
;) The country's just too small, every jeweller/dealer, amateur collectors along with the police & no doubt insurance co. P.I.'s will have all scoured the lot repeatedly.

Remember “Markle Sparkle,” the marijuana inspired by the Duchess of Sussex?

Meghan Markle’s pot-growing nephew now says the brand has made him so rich, he’s hoping to cash in with another royally-branded hybrid pot strain.

According to the New York Post, he’s calling this one, “Archie Sparkie,” after Markle and Prince Harry’s new royal baby.

Early October according to Town and Country magazine Her Majesty finds it too cold in the winter months.
