D'Andre Lane found guilty of murdering Bianca Jones, following the testimony of Martin Grimes and his cadaver dog, Justice has been served in no small part thanks to the work of the Dogs, RIP Bianca.

Very sad

And Morse has never failed an fbi test, mr grime is a pro
the dogs are a thorn every guilty persons side
kate mccann stupidly quoted the eugene zapata case in her book as proof that dogs are not allowed incourt, pity she forgot he confessed to his wifes murder

She also wrote the dogs only alert to pls their master, funny how so many find bodies or alert to remnant scent and help prove deaths and aid in convictions

This is the problem for the mccanns who spout that cadaver dogs are incredibly unreliabke, its quite the oppositethey are right more times than wrong

It's worse than that.

It's actually disgusting to watch the footage of Gerry McCann as he sets about discrediting the dogs.

If you just stop and ponder for a minute...the dogs got hits and forensics backed them up.

Presumably this is information that they didn't have before, which is the entire point of an investigation.

Why would the father of the missing child try to discredit new information?

Why would an innocent man go out of his way to smear and invalidate a new, vital clue to his daughters disappearance? Wouldn't he be grateful?

:maddening:

Not one of eddies alerts has been foresicly proven to be that of a dead body. There is evidence of bodily fluids present where he alerted in some places but not one saying these came from a dead person (or even madeleine mccann). For instance eddie alerted to the card fobb, gerry mccann's dna was found on it - anyone think that is enough evidence to declare gerry dead?

Not one trace of human remains were found in the jersey case, it turned out reports of teeth and bones being found were incorrect. There is at this time not one investigation into child deaths at the home going on. Eddie alerted and his alerts meant squat in terms of bodies. However there were tissues containing bodily fluids found there, and eddie was trained to alert to these so that could be what his alerts meant.

Funny really, I thought statements that are portrayed as facts on Websleuths were supposed to be backed up with links?

statements such as no human remains were found at Haut de la garenne?

but even Harper’s critical successors in the investigation admit that at least three human bone fragments were found and children’s teeth, from between 10 and 65 children of all ages.

Just for clarity and just to show the truth rather than false statement!

There is no such thing as an alert with no body being forensically proven to be from a dead body, its intelligence, even if the blood dog alerts at the same place, science has not caught up with the abilities of these dogs
There is such a thing though as eddies alerts with no body at the place of the alert being proven right later through confessions e.g.

Another poster rightly stated that its an amazing coincidence that after all the proven successes by cadaver dogs and their continued use in high profile cases such as April Jones, Ben Needham and Bianca Jones cases, that the only time the dogs fantastic work is called into question is on the 13 occasions that they alerted to items linked to the McCanns?
How unbelievable!
Just shows the desperation when there is such a continued futile and baseless attempt to discredit the undoubted results that the dogs bring in without fail

and the jersey case where people spout that eddie alerts to vegetables LOL
but you are right, before and after the mccann case and jersey (attempt to cover up both) no british media or others criticised these dogs and they have worked on countless cases, most resulting in prosecutions in the uk, ireland, and usa and this was AFTER people saying no police force would use mr grimes dogs as they didnt have a licence! He didnt need one as his testing methods were far more stringent than the ones used to renew dogs licences. If LE is happy with this, thats all there is to it. Another crux question is, prove that any of eddies alerts are false, good luck with that

Oh and Brit you still owe me a reply to my post 334 which you queried if was true or not, i proved it was, see you later :)

Is collagen normally found in coconut shells??? I think not. Please explain why Brit81

I am not exactly sure why the collegen content of coconut shells is relevant. But the m,aterial eddie alerted to in jersey was found to be coconut shell. The initial examination of its composition found it to be similar to wood which is correct as wood and coconut shell have similar compositions according to material scientists. I did post a link to a paper discussing this earlier. But if any material scientists dispute this paper I have not heard about it.

Clutch, I aksed you to post a link, you did what is there to query?

And of course the dogs work is going to be called into question when it is being used to harrass and libel people and misused as evidence on its won by people on the internet. Their work has been called into question in several cases - the prout case where the dog alerted in the house, but failed ot alert when standing over the grave, the shannon mathews case where the dogs alerted and shannon was still alive, the jersey case when the dog alerted to something which turned out to be coconut shell and not one human remain was found to name just three high profile cases in the UK. There is also the Thomas quick scandel in sweden. It seems odd that the mccann case is the only case where people want to ban the discussion of the dogs abilities, and use them as evidence on their own despite the handler saying this is not possible. Why if the case is so strong do we need to rely solely on a dog barking and then ignore the fact the dogs alerts do not mean a body was present.
In the shannon mathews case the false alerts were blame don second hand furniture - the mccann flat was owned by an older women was any of the furniture second hand, it certainly did not look new? The dog alerts to dried blood, someone bled there, could that have been the reason for the alert. So far not one person has been able to prove the dog alerted not to second hand furniture or bits of dried blood or just was not accurate but to the body of madeleine mccann and that she had been killed by her parents.

So you agree gerry lied when he said it was HE who asked for a cadaver dog, cool

As for the rest of your post, keep trying and DO concentrate on where the cadaver dog alerted, even if you say eddie was NOT a cadaver dog, when it was proven to not be to blood

Eta no one has said maddie was KILLED do stop posting untruths

have to go now look forward to reading your further machinations

Snipped and BBM.

"Did he regret calling the fragment found on 23 February ‘the potential remains of a child?’ He said: ‘No. It was the potential remains of a child. It has never been identified definitely. The lab who carried out in-depth analysis found collagen in the sample. We have never been told how this came to be. Collagen is only found in mammals, not wood or coconut. Warcup and Gradwell seem to ignore this,’ he said."

people are claiming that the dog alerted to madeleine mccanns body and that her parents are involved in the disappearence, which the dog alerts and the forensic evidence do not back up. These people are wrong unless they are actual witnesses and have decided not to go to the police.
and it has never been proven eddie did not alert to blood or bodily fluids. Eddie did alert to a card fobb with material from gerry mccann who is alive (unless that is also part of the conspiracy)

And no I am not saying gerry lied.

The forensic examination of the composition and then structure of the material found it to be coconut shell, not mammal material. Are you saying the analysis was incorrect now and that human remains were found and that thee has been some sort of cover-up?

Just something to think about. Coconut shells are wood and wood is porous and will absorb odors. The shell does not have been in direct contact but leave it in the presence of HR odor and it will absorb that odor. The dogs are trained to alert on the strongest concentration of odor (otherwise we get a bunch of fringe scent alerts) and that piece of shell, over a long period of time, may have absorbed a tremendous amount of odor. The only way to cross-check the validity is to remove that item, wait a bit, and then re-work the dog in that area to locate any smaller and fainter scent samples.

so you believe gerry was the person who asked the pt and brit police to bring in cadaver dogs??
why would he? Since he is all over the net saying they are RUBBISH

Oh and YES it IS proven eddie did not alert to blood because the expert blood dog was sent in where he alerted and did NOT alert, ergo was NOT blood, in mr grimes word, if blood is there keela will find it

grime also states eddie alerts to bodily fluids and that his alerts cannot be taken as evidence and MUST be backed up by forensic evidence which did not happen.

It did happen.

No matter how many times the McCann supporter discounts or discredits it, swabs taken from the alert sites tested positive for 15 of 19 alleles matching Madeleine.

There is no other sensible explanation for this.

Add in the physical impossibility of an abduction occuring as they said, and you have your answers. It's not rocket science.

No its not rocket science it is basic GCSE science that 100% of madeleine's alleles are found in the dna of her parents, and 100% found in the dna of her four grandparents, and a large amount present in siblings and other relatives. The fact that a mixed dna sample from three to five people containing 37 different alleles was found in a place where madeleines parents, grandparents, siblings, other relatives etc used means that even if 100% of her alleles were found it means nothing as those alleles could have come from her parents, grandparents, siblings, other relatives etc. It is impossible to say who this material belonged t so it is incorrect to say the forensics backed up the dog (who did not alert in the place where this material was found in the car anyway he alerted at the door which contained the card fobb which he also alerted to, and which only contained material from gerry mccann).

Plus it is not impossible an abduction happened, scotland yard have even said they believe it was an abduction.
There was a half an hour window for someone to walk through an unlocked door, pick a child up, and walk out the other door. It most certainly not impossible.

Either you believe Tanner and/or the Smiths saw the abductor, or your don't.

If you do, there is no "half hour window"...we know the EXACT time...coincidentally, right when Gerry was performing his "checks" and wandering the streets of the resort while he was at it, for some as yet unexplained reason.
