It came from Tammi when she was talking about what happened in the unrecorded phone conversation she had with Elizabeth.

I'll have to look it up to get it exactly, but it was something like Tammi told Elizabeth that Gabe's case had national attention. Then Elizabeth made remarks about 3 people that had posted on Tammi's FB who were from other countries.

I figure the conversation went something like this:

Tammi: Eliz, this case has national attention! People are posting on my facebook from all over!

Eliz: ummmm... Oh yeah?

Tammi: Yeah! Even 3 people from outside of the country!

Eliz: ummmm... Oh yeah? Outside the country? What countries? How the heck did they find out about all this?

Tammi: I don't know, but I'm famous, and it's all about me! me! me!

Eliz: ummmm... Oh yeah?

Didn't independant witnesses come forward with information on seeing EJ with an hispanic male on more than one occasion, and then with a hispanic male and a couple on one occasion?

Yes, but I don't believe there is any correlation.

This is something that's been floating around and is patently false. There is no tape of Elizabeth Johnson and Gabriel at Six flags or near six flags. I'm not quite sure where this started but it's false. It was probably by one of these TV stations that just starts reporting rumors and doesn't source the information.

The last time Elizabeth and Gabriel were seen together in San Antonio was December 22nd. There's also the pictures of Gabriel, taken by elizabeth, in the HomeGate Suites hotel room.

They never visited Six Flags.

It was a news source, but how do you know this to be a fact?

That must be the guy on the actual news, I think he was just wording things weird. put on the spot with the cameras. In the video I saw, he came up to lm, and stated, he just wanted to shake LM's hand, he had 3 kids hisself, and would pray for him, and HOPED HE FOUND EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR I think just worded funny, wanted to be on the news. I could be wrong. but to me, it looked like the guy just walked up to him. but you know how the news plays with video. This is off memory from the other nite, or last nite.

We do not have tollbooths here, and redlight camera's are up, but believed to not be actually working. Except in Balcones Heights. which is a small city inside of san antonio,

Here is a thought, MOO, Ej was seen in a small suv per NG, with a hispanic male. Soo, what if she left baby Gabe with whoever the "female" was in the trio? the other guy could have been in the room, just not seen. or anywhere else. Because if she ordered pizza for more then herself, then someone was there in her room besides her. obviously. the question I suppose would be where EJ was headed with this man? and if she was rideing with him, to some destination, IDK, here I get fuzzy. but it seems to me in a strange town, you just don't ride with anyone. KWIM? maybe she knew one or all of them.

When EJ first made the statement about the couple she says she gave the baby to, she described them as a guy who was big with dark, curly hair--I don't remember a descritption calling him hispanic but she might have said that too. According to EJ, the woman was built like her with long, blond hair. Somewhere I saw EJ also said the woman's name was Cheryl. I looked through some adoption websites at potential adoptive parents in the SA area that might meet that description and found only one couple. Physical descriptions matched, name and geographic proximity. But I keep thinking that a couple would have to be really desparate for a child to be pursuing adoption through the official system and then alter to the illegal route. Especially now knowing that they may get caught. Maybe the description EJ gave was just some couple she looked at on line when she was considering options. I doubt seriously she would provide accurate descriptions for the couple when every other piece of info has been skewed. She most likely never even saw the couple who ended up with Gabriel ifit was an illegal adoption. Still, IMO, someone besides herself was pushing her to do this because that's the only explanation for the phonecall in which the woman screamed at her (overheard by the babysitter) and she kept asking,"what do you want me to do? Just go back?" unless that was LE asking her to come in with G. (Dec 27th)

I'd love to know if they saw EJ, if they have seen any surveillance video from the hotel or local businesses. I would absolutely love to know if they have a description of the couple that is reported to be on video.

I can't imagine why any video showing the potential couple wouldn't have already been released. One would think that having that out there would certainly shake things up a bit, yeah?

I have a few "waiting parents" photos I'd sure like to bump up against some grainy surveillance video...:crazy:

I believe there is more to it and he is either an atty for a couple or a baby broker but is it possible he's just a guy she hooked up with?

Since we don't have any about him yet (except that he seems to like pizza a lot) anything is possible, and someone she was just having a fling with is not unreasonable.

I wonder if he came forward to LE, or if they've been able to track him down. The couple too seen with him and Elizabeth too. Could be perfectly innocent. I wonder if they came forward to LE, or if LE found them.

We know that neither the guy nor the couple has been in the media for interviews. But I wonder if they went to LE.

I'm hoping the family will get more info from LE in their meeting this morning, even if it's just that LE tracked these people down and were able to rule them out.

If Eliz harmed Gabe, I can certainly see her making up something like, and offering it up in conversation even if not in a question. But perhaps Tammi's questions were pushing on the issue of whether Gabe was alive.

E: "The FBI has a video of the couple I gave him to. It'll all be proven. Trust me."

That sounds plausible in that scenario. If she did harm him and TPS didn't have a clue about anything going on in SA then that is certainly a good example of why EJ would have told TPS about a "video".

But if she didn't harm him, and TPS was aware of what was going on in SA, then it also works as a good warning to whomever might have been in that video.

You will notice that all of the info TPS gave out on NG was to her advantage and not to Gabriel's. If she did have anything to do with it, NG was the only way she could have gotten information out to anyone. She was under strict surveillance herself at that time.

The couple in the video, if it ends up there even is a video, could be TS and JS for all we know. IMO, the description EJ gave might have been intended to throw attention off of the real people who took Gabriel. Also, since TS always offers an explanation for everything that will be discovered before it's discovered, I think it's completely plausible that EJ or TS made that up to explain any footage that showed her with them (or the placement team) if footage surfaced. It seems realistic to me that they (or CC or some family member or friend) may have traveled to SA to "help" EJ out. There are some huge holes in everyone's timelines, facebook postings, and stories. At this point, I wouldn't rule out that the couple she was seen with was the Ss.
