I really would love to see EJs response when asked about the Hispanic guy. You were seen on tape with a Hispanic male in his late 20's? You were seen in his car? You were seen with him walking across the parking lot to a meet couple?? How could she explain herself! Too bad Tammi can't set up another interview with a reporter!

My gut says the pizza was for a group--whether that was EJ and HG and the couple or just EJ and the couple, I don't feel strongly one way or another. Papa John's keeps a computerized record of what you usually order. Just wondering if the toppings on any of those pizzas matched the usual topping for any of the other significant players in this drama. I know it wouldn't count for anything in the investigation but it might strengthen the likelihood that it could be TS or JM she met with.

As much as Tammi grates on my nerves, I don't think they were in San Antonio. I think it is interesting that LJ said she held Gabriel because she was upset and they were pressuring her. If that is true, I am very uneasy about this couple. They may have taken him to sell him on the black market. Why did she not feel comfortable with them, and if she didn't, why would she give them her baby?!

I have been MIA for several days following my Grandmothers death. I see I have LOTS of reading and catching up to do.

I admit I have not read through this whole thread so I apologize in advance if this has been addressed -- but, has LE gone to nearby Mexico towns? What about surveillance tapes from nearby WalMarts and such, since the couple would likely have needed to go purchase baby items?

YS..Thank you as well... right now, they have not wanted to put him in the HS, because NO FEVER, we are having to feed him fluids through a syringe every 30 minutes to hour....your so sweet..thank you...I hope I don't get scolded because I am O/T...but...I really don't care because I think we are all family...Bless you and sweet thoughts!

No witness has come forth media wise....No scetches of would be "adoptive" parents, no description of the SUV. Come to think of it where was the SUV statement ever mentioned. Did the police release that someone seen these people or did it come from TPS? Am I totally lost....:banghead:

There have been news stories and on NG - I think they're all linked in this thread. Also in this thread you'll see the family confirmed EJ was seen with the HG. Maybe it would be helpful if someone put together one post with links to all the HG and HG/couple sightings?

This hasn't been dropped by any means. It is real. EJ was seen with the HG on more than one occasion, and she was seen with the HG and a couple.

Ok We need to find this hispanic male that was seen with Elizabeth....Thinking outside the box ...
If she was seen in the suv before the couple arrived.... then its possible Gabriel was in the suv also.... Has DNA or fingerprints been checked on the car seat.... maybe he touched it and left fingerprints, dna, etc...

Also if he was inside her hotel room....what could he have touched and left prints on......something that she may have had with her in Miami..... her phone, her hairbrush, any loose hairs on her clothing or his hairs on Gabriels Car seat....

What prints were on the portable crib and Gabriels hospital band....

Can anyone think of things He might have touched....

BBM. Have we discussed this at all? The hospital band has always stood out for me since I first heard about it. I can't for the life of me think why Elizabeth brought that on this trip. I mean, yes, if I was taking off to find a new life, I would bring that with me because it's a treasured keepsake. But then, I wouldn't be giving my son away or killing him. And I wouldn't leave it behind after doing either of those things.
Does anyone have any idea's on why she brought the hospital band? The only thing I could think of is that she just didn't want Logan to have it because it is something that probably means a lot to him, and even MORE if Gabriel is never found or is found deceased. But then why not just toss it out? She obviously didn't want it if she left it behind.

Elizabeth was seen in this SUV.... When was she seen also.... if this was before meeting the couple...then either Gabriel was either with the Babysitter 12/23 or in the car also....

I just wanted to throw a theory out here. I think it's completely possible that EJ could have hired another/other babysitter(s). AU did say that EJ was upset when she arrived late. And we have several possible sightings of EJ out in public where it's not specified if Gabriel was with her.
On the one hand, it's very possible that EJ would not want to use someone else, as she would not want a lot of people involved to give info if her trail was uncovered.
On the other hand, more babysitters would mean less info available from each of them.

I have no basis for this thought process really, it's just a theory.

I don't think we count on any of the interview she had with Tammi/reporter, I wish we could. She obviously is covering for them or for something else she did. First it was the park, now the room. She's been seen in the car, she didn't mention any description of the car. I guess it could be partially true which seems to be the trend with liars these days. Maybe she doesn't have a description of the couples car-just the baby brokers. She could just be covering for him and is giving a true description of the couple.

BBM. I think EJ is smart enough to keep the hispanic man out of it if she was only being asked questions about the couple. Sort of a lie by omission kind of thing.
Also, as I've come to feel more confident that she gave/sold Gabriel away, I'm realizing there may be more tidbits of truth in a lot of what EJ says. It does seem that EJ met with this hispanic man more than once, and possibly the same with this couple. It's possible she DID meet with these people in ALL of the places she mentions. JMO, and not to give a wicked woman credit.

Just theorizing here:
It could be that the witnesses (I've seen it reported as plural) only got a glimpse and don't have much to go on description wise.
Or possibly, they didn't realize for some time that it was connected to this case. By the time they realized they saw something, their memory was somewhat dim.
OR, and this is the one I'm HOPING for and banking on right now. Maybe LE has some serious leads from this, and they need to keep this all tight to the vest while they follow a trail. If these people have Gabriel, LE certainly doesn't want them to feel scared that they are onto them. They could try to dispose of Gabe or get him to another location.

I don't think it necessarily follows in these cases that if it's confirmed, then descriptions or a sketch or all information should automatically be publicly released.

Hopefully LE makes at least adequate, if not good decisions most of the time on what info to release when.

Especially if he may be wanted for anything else or they fear he could leave the country quickly! Plus, in SA, there are alot of HGs. Maybe the thought is simply that without more detailed descriptive info, the only thing that would help identify him would be surveillance footage and they don't want him to run.

I imagine here have been lots of other complaints by the parents of missing children that never get this amount of time from LE or by total strangers dedicated to solving due to budget, time or awareness of the complaint. For all of EJ's crazy claims, at least what has happened elevated the issue to the national spotlight. Given the current interest, as well as public and business support, LE may be trying not only to recover G but also to bring down a whole operation or even several operations if they overlap at all. I, too, feel the release of info and sometimes the non-release of info has been a strategic choice by LE and the cooperation they have gotten from the media and some of the witnesses at keeping things quiet tells me LE likely have asked each to not say anything.

After each event or announcement, there is a window of time where I'm certain, while anyone is being watched, the LE folks are listening and watching for the fallout chatter and uncomfortable shifting around that occurs when guilty parties try to look innocent or stay out of sight--whether radios, bugs, cell phones, sooner or later they give away something. The fall out from a news release sometimes tells more than the info in the release itself. Even if the result is nothing more than a standard operating pattern getting interrupted (think about how unlikely those hotels will be now for hosting the illegal adoption moms; that business has to pop up somewhere else now.) Or do they look back through business records for trends on things like how many of their guests reserve a separate room partway through their visit. If it did happen often enough and it was a woman with a baby, AND now it's not happening... there's a trend/person to watch.

The best example of all though is TS. If she had never even been a person of interest, she would still have given her involvement away by the way she was contacting everyone and trying to assert how uninvolved she was. IMO, Shifty shows!

At both hotels EJ left personal items...
The hospital band concerns me a lot in that the new parents or Elizabeth felt it was not significant enough to keep....

The new adoptive parent may not even keep his birthday :-(

Maybe the new parents didn't want to have evidence on them that the baby is in fact Gabriel Johnson. The band with his name on it would be pretty incriminating! It does bother me that EJ wouldn't keep it but I'm not surprised. :furious:

I believe he is alive!! I believe she did a adoption placement. When I read that she was met by a single gentleman at the hotel, who was dressed nice, and when she hired the babysitter and had an appointment and she reacted the way the babysitter said she did, probably because she was stressed about it all and on a timeline and that could have been the day she signed all the papers she need to sign,,,,,,,like the consent or intent to place, etc...I believe her when she said the couple had a car seat and didn't take his. I believe it when I read that she left Gabriels stuff behind,,,,,,,,not sure she left everything of his, but she was traveling light, therefore she would only keep a couple of things for sentimental purpose.

I brought this over from another thread since my comment about it pertains to HG- He was dressed nice..like as a professional?? I've never heard or read any description of Hispanic guy. That's one of the missing pieces of information I've been waiting to come out. It's hard to speculate on anything about Hispanic guy if all we know is-he's a hispanic guy in his late 20's. I'd like to know if he looked like a professional in the witnesses opinion? Did the relationship between EJ and the HG look like a professional relationship from a witnesses perspective?

I vaguely remember Tammi saying that when she talked to Eliz via phone when the reporter was there, in the conversation prior to the recorded conversation, that Tammi said that Eliz said that the couple were local.

It could be my imagination.

Is this Nancy quote what you're referring to in the transcript you linked?

GRACE: So long blond hair, 5-2 to 5-3, 110 to 125. The man, tall guy, short dark hair from San Antonio. She`s just come out with this today.

Note that this is about the couple that Eliz said she gave Gabe to in the park.
