:rocker:

you got it as I also think it happened. She never dragged him that is why she smirks, she is thinking how stupid is that? to say she dragged him!
yes that is how it happened for sure..

But how did he get back in the shower?

I rushed around this morning making dinner, cleaning, and doing laundry so I could watch the trial. And now this. It does seem like a big time waste.

RBBM:  Another Jodi "word" ... LOL :floorlaugh:

Adding to list :

-Contemporaneous
-Monogamous
-Edify
-De-edify

:waitasec: what did I miss ? please add ... lol !

:seeya:
LOL!

De-edify was the word around this household over the weekend. Every time my husband didn't do something I asked him to do (like a small chore), I told him if he didn't start behaving around here that I was going to De-edify him!

Totally agreed!!! And I'm sorry, but if you have delays in starting or tech issues, you go later into the day to make up the time. Notice they never end late! You lost an hour and a half already - tack it on to the end of the freakin day!!!

The fact that this judge does not do this it incredible to me, it's disrespectful to the jury. She is are enabling this trial to be prolonged and I would like to know the reason she isn't working on it full time. Are these the hours NURMI requested FGS? Seriously, some of these jurors are probably not getting paid by their employer, it makes me angry.

IIRC, KN told the court that going past 4:30 infringed on JA's constitutional right or humane treatment. I'll have to inform everyone that 30 min. lunch breaks(and that's on a really good day) are infringing on my constitutional and humane rights.:great:

Seriously, I have no idea how the AZ courts typically function BUT, IMO, the way this trial is being done/managed/controlled/directed/conducted is the epitome of a dysfunctional judicial system.

I'm forced to watch this on HLN and they are definitly behind from all the breaks they take. Is court out on lunch? I have the seal up on my computer.

LOL!

De-edify was the word around this household over the weekend. Every time my husband didn't do something I asked him to do (like a small chore), I told him if he didn't start behaving around here that I was going to De-edify him!

My hubby would say bring it on!! :floorlaugh:

This has to be the most unprofessional trial I've ever seen. Courts hours are silly. No one is ever on time. Constant technical issues. Defendants snarky to counsil. Judge can't seem to make decisions without 10 minute long discussions with both sides. Defense attorneys making faces and shaking their heads while prosecutor questions defendant. I've never seen anything like it. I just can't imagine what his jury is thinking. It's a freaking madhouse. :twocents:

I wonder if there is a way to email the judge -

I am trying really really hard to "like" this judge

Oh give the judge a break. I'm sure, especially at this point, she wishes she were some place else - maybe even golfing with KN and JM. The only one who really wants to be in this room is Jodi so she can keep telling, and retelling, and then telling once more, one of her sides/lies to the story.

I suggest the only room she inhabit in the future is marked with DP at the entrance and yes, maybe it should have the walls, ceiling and floor covered with rubber - so she can bounce around as her sick mnd relives her horrible personna, her despicable testimony and her really, really poor excuse for being a human being.

On paper, I was a proponent of the DP. Watching an actual trial where it was a very possible outcome made me take pause and think for a while. I have thought and thought again and now I am very comfortable with the statement that this person deserves, in fact needs, to have the DP.

62 seconds is the time between the picture showing the light and what other picture? I don't have the pictures, but I have seen them.

She uses contemporaneous where simultaneous would be correct.
Also, this word is normally only used when discussing people/events that happen in the same era.

And, if she were not such an officious a$$, she would say "at the same time".

I was disappointed when Casey Anthony didn't testify, but, after watching Jodi go 'round in circles, and Juan pinning her down, I think my head would have exploded had I heard CA's lying on the stand.

the defense attorneys match, must be celebrating St. Patricks day!

The big ole green shirt on my tv screen is VERY distracting. Why does he have to lay back in his chair like that letting it all hang out? All I see is a big huge green blob in the middle of my tv screen.

How about this one....

That finger is still bent. It's an optical illusion. Look closely. You can see the bend at the knuckle. If this same pose was turned just a little, you'd see the bend easily. I'm no Jodi fan, believe me.

I'm getting tired of playing "who's on first" with Jodi. If one of the jurors jumped the fence and beat the Fog out of Jodi maybe her memory would get a little better! :banghead:

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Pick me ... I'd like to beat the fog out of her!!! :furious: :banghead: Good think I'm not on that (poor poor captive) jury. We're lucky we can just turn off the TV or computer .... they are STUCK there. I feel so sick for them.

Her defense team looks totally panicked .... very squirmy ... Gotta give Juan a hero cookie for keeping it together. This is the first time in my life that I have felt like I wanted to personally "kill" somebody. :furious::furious::furious::furious:
