Jodi's left arm/shoulder: Many have commented on how strangely Jodi holds her left arm when she sips water from a cup. I think that she sustained some type of injury to her elbow or shoulder while she was attacking Travis. The injury might not have bothered her right away, but Jodi couldn't get treatment for the injury without having to answer questions and resigned herself to live with the injury.

Some years ago, I had arthroscopic surgery for the removal of a bone spur on my left shoulder. I tried to avoid surgery by doing eight weeks of physical therapy, but the bone spur wasn't going to go away, and I ended up have the out-patient procedure after all. During the months that the bone spur was bothering me, I went through many odd contortions so that I could move my arm without excruciating pain. It had gotten to the point where it hurt to put a coat on, use a blow-dryer, brush my hair, or reach overhead with my left arm. When I started physical therapy, my shoulder was out of place from the odd maneuvers to avoid pain.

As I've watched Jodi go through similar movements when she drinks water, I honestly think that she injured her arm (probably her shoulder) during the attack on Travis. :moo:

It's a little hard to tell with the lighting. A shadow by the ring finger could indicate that it's bent.

I noticed that also. It definitely looks bent to me. But I sure as he!! don't believe her story about how it happened :furious:

Well, I guess now she's going to say her cut finger was HER defensive wounds when Travis came at her with the knife. :what:

If she goes with that, she's a complete idiot. It would show that A. She remembers more of the stabbing than she's previously admitted to and B. It would open the door for Juan to say if she remembers that, than surely she remembers the rest of the stabbing.

It's futile. Travis was DEAD or at the very least unconscious at the time of this photo. Look at the lifeless foot of his. It's limp like the feet on fresh cadavers. Any knife attack after this pic is mutilating a corpse.

That finger is still bent. It's an optical illusion. Look closely. You can see the bend at the knuckle. If this same pose was turned just a little, you'd see the bend easily. I'm no Jodi fan, believe me.

I definitely do see the break in her finger in this shot. I don't think anyone disputes its current condition - just the issue of when and under what circumstances it happened. Jodi needs for it to have happened in January to sustain her fiction about TA prior acts of violence against her. The truth is, it happened when she was stabbing him to death.

Started late and slow today with many side bars in before jury dismissed for technical problems.

JM seems to be having difficulty finding his stride today in questioning JA. He's gotten flustered a few times (used the knife to cut the knife). First line of questioning to dispute time frame of attack on TA using time stamps on pix. Second line of questioning appears similar, using whereabouts of knife as basis for questions...did not finish before recess.

JA still showing a lot of attitude on stand and continues to come up with absurd new statements. Looks like she and Gus Searcy cut from same cloth...she replied to JM "Those are two questions" after KN did not object to compound question. Geez!!! Jaw dropper statement today was that Travis could have had the knife in his hand after she shot him.

She also questioned whether TA's "throat was slit" in the picture time stamped 5:32:16.
