The interruptions & objections smack of desperate resistance to the avalanche of facts and reason rather than effective counsel. That avalanche is burying Arias on the ground of her lies. Is she aware of what hit her? I think so. I just love time stamps, don't you?

All he does is trip himself up, lose momentum and prolong the case.

If he's got an "I gotcha" moment then he needs to present it and stop allowing Jodi to take 8 minutes to answer one yes or no question.

He's trying for a "You can't handle the truth!" moment.

Agreed. She couldn't figure out that she wasn't wanted and that people didn't like her. When Sky Hughes told her that she didn't like her and told her never to return to her house again her response was to go to the kitchen and sit there for 15 minutes without leaving. I would have left right away feeling like a complete moron if someone had just ripped me a new one about what a horrible person I was.

This vile woman is making a mockery of our justice system. She is just playing with everyone. She knows she's staying in prison or getting death and is just toying with Juan and the court, and laughing about it. She knows her attitude seals her fate further, but this is her swan song, she loves this so much, she's going to ride this train for as long as they will allow it.

The judge needs to do something to stop her from this game she's playing. Jodi has studied the law, the system, processes, etc., and she is now like a guest who just.won't.leave.

I have no doubt she laughs at night with her pals in jail. "Hahaha, look what I'm doing and they're so stupid they're letting me do it!"

Not only is Arias making a complete mockery of this court, IMO so is the Judge. I have tried to remain objective, tried to understand what she is dealing with, HOWEVER...This IS a Death Penalty Case, that Courtroom should be ran with PRECISION, PROMPT and ORDER and so far, this Court has always started LATE, there are CONSTANT communications issues, the Judge has allowed testimony that is complete irrelevant, allowed Nurmi to blather on and on and consistently object and cause unnecessary and purposeful delays in order to interrupt the Prosecution or to give his pathetic defendant time to gather her thoughts. This Court room is another travesty of justice as long as this Judge keeps allowing this court to be ran in this manner. Those Jurors are going to get SICK of this crap, they are going to get fatigued and it could end up BACKFIRING on the State like i totally believe happened in the Casey Anthony case. This needs to STOP now with the constant late starts and incessant delays. :banghead:

Yep, I had the thought the other day that this trial is the last time Jodi will ever get to wear street clothes again. Also the only time she will ever get to be the center of attention again in her lifetime.

I saw it in her face during questioning this morning that Jodi knows her goose is cooked with the line of questioning about how all of these this SHE did to Travis all happened in 1 minute and 6 seconds, if she sticks with her story. If she changes her story now, yet again, her goose will be way overcooked.

Good for her. I hope she gets the needle that she told Det. Flores she would BEG for. No begging necessary Jodi, just keep on lying your way into the death chamber. I can see the doorway to it right about now.

meh, Thats her doing...not his. He is showing her real side....not a scared beaten woman. She can't resist trying to one up him. He has no control over her answers...and he won't pander to her.
