Which of her STORIES you speaking of? The point being, that they are all jodie's stories...none of which, by the way, are corraborated by the forensics. She just cannot come up with an all-inclusive scenario to match the forensics. This is just one of her many problems.

You know what ... it's worth all the delays just to watch JA try to make up her story as she goes along. I mean really, how ridiculous. She gets guiltier and guiltier the longer she stays up there, if that's possible.

I'm with you there. I keep imagining how the DT is coaching during breaks. In my imagination it goes something like this:

N: Keep with the mind fog, he's going to paint you into a corner.

A: Shut up. I'm taking him down if you haven't noticed.

N: You're going to exasperate the jury with all the word play.

A: Yeah and you digging your nose for gold is helping me, right? Why don't you try for an objection that doesn't get overruled.

This court has had almost an ENTIRE WEEK to prepare for court today there is NO EXCUSE for these CONSTANT DELAYS. There needs to be a formal complaint filed with the powers that be for the waste of taxpayers funds in the delays of this Judges Court. This is absurd.
