Well, she did try to kill TA three times. I guess that would not count. If she goes free, she'll do it again....mark my word. jmo
Thanks. I see they are now selling a piece of pottery she made. Wonder what is next.
ok i am confused - did that ME say the gun shot was first or last???? - but the fact he said TA had bruises that looked like some one had stomped on him is just terrible

Many if not most defense attorneys use the prosecution's case with their cross to build their case. That would be pretty lame for them to defer an opportunity like that. But then again, there will be many many opportunities for appeal on ineffective counsel once Jodi is sentenced to death (not that I agree with them or they will be successful, just abundant). IMO
How does she make pottery in jail? And if I were a tax payer in Mesa I'd be knocking on a lawmaker's door. Why are they paying for materials for prisoners to put items they made on ebay to sell for a big pricetag just because she happens to be the defendant in a highly publicized crime. Seems to me that money should have all been given back to the state since she is getting income from it. Her brother is just the broker. It's her artwork and she is the one who is having them put them on ebay so she and her family can benefit. That is just sick. jmo
Dr. Horn stated the gunshot was last because of a number of facts. jmo
I totally believe it. The only reason Napoleon was so well thought of is because he belonged to Travis. I am sure it would have changed if they had gotten together. Like KC anything that takes the interest from her watch out. It makes me wonder how she treated the little boy that belonged to the last love toy.
Plus I don't think defense is concerned about the sequence. I think their issue had something to do with Flores not telling the truth. That somehow Flores changed his testimony to agree with what the ME is saying now and not what he was told then. Flores said he misunderstood, not that he was changing his testimony. So the issue was not about the shot to the head. The issue was with Flores and his buddy, Martinez (as Attorney Numbi put it). I think defense was leaning towards conspiracy and misconduct to try and get her a new trial. And I'm sure Attorney Numbi is hoping she gets a new court appointed attorney so he can be released if the judge decides to go for a mistrial. It sounds personal. jmo

I agree, but it could be something she made in the 7th grade.
Isn't there something like a wrongful death suit TA's family can file that the money goes to his estate? Didn't that happen with the Simpson case?
I don't feel like it's a good idea for the prosecution to ask M. Hall all this stuff about sex & getting excommunicated from the Mormon church.
Good post, LC.
Now I gotta ask (probably been hashed to death); do y'all see her taking the stand? I mean, they're claiming self defense, right? Who better to tell what happened? So step by step she has to take us through what happened, right? How are they going to "stay away" from anything (granted, the order of operations is probably unimportant).?
The defense goes on and on about how verbal abuse is abuse implying that TA only verbally abused her - yet all of a sudden she fears for her life. WTF???
I hope that lawyer is embarrassed (yeah right).
