was that new showerpic even shown to the jury?
I wished the jury would have seen the video with the time sequence.I think after seeing it there is no doubt in my mind that Travis had no idea she was there. It also shows that there indeed was enough time to stab someone that many times between the last alive and the dragging picture.

no it wasn't a new shower pic - here is a video of all the shower pics in order

I found it VERY disturbing how long for just a few seconds to pass. That one that took 1:55 til the next photo seemed like forever didn't it? Eeerie!

Seems as if that would have been the time she went to get the gun and knife and maybe slipped into her clothes. jmo

Something isn't right, the video doesn't show them in the same order as that post above does it? I am wondering if the time interval is even right in the video then? jmo

I think the sequincing is off in the video. I deleted the picture I posted because of it's size. If anyone wants it posted again I can do that.

I thought I was losing my mind :floorlaugh:

This picture isn't anything new. It's listed in the sequencing at the lower right at 5:27:18

shower_travis_murder_pics_xtralarge.jpg

so from last alive shot to dragging is 2 min. 16 seconds.

if they have a problem understanding how she could drag him by herself, they should note it's over a minute from the first dragging photo to the last one----so it did take her some time.

i actually think he knew she was there taking pictures. towards the end of that sequence, it just looks to me like something had changed drastically.

ETA: obviously, my math was wrong! but it's still long enough!

Is there a standard for who and when a jury foreperson is designated? Is it decided when they start deliberating?

I served on 2 civil case juries and we 'chose' the foreman right at the first part of the first deliberation. BOTH times a person volunteered to be the foreman and in one case it was fine in the other not so good. Instructions are great but on the 2nd case we had a woman who blatantly did not follow the instructions. Just because instructions are given, doesn't mean they will be followed.

What happened in the end of the second one? Didn't anyone stand firm and educate her?

My thought/feeling exactly. :(

There has just GOT to be a reason the DT is so married to this sequence.
I wondered at first, if they were just trying to prove their point about Flores, discrediting him in order to file for a mistrial.
But the sequence must have more to do with even the DP. It almost has to be that that is the only one that fits their theory of self defense.

When they have as miniscule evidence as this DT has, they have to cling to the shreds of nothing they have for dear life.

Despite finding this case very interesting and being thankful for the massive and compelling incriminating evidence
against JA, I’m finding it difficult to justify the time and, no doubt, hefty expense associated with this trial
and am increasingly wondering why a plea agreement couldn’t have been reached.

? LWOP + some decent art supplies ?

I realize JA has the right to a trial but really?!?
The only thing JA didn’t provide was a video tape of the murder
– maybe the camera just needed one more kick or drop?

Pass the Cheetohs please. :D

There have been quite a few women stabbing men shows on TV, I think on ID. One last night showed a woman who stabbed her man 27 times!!!! Another was a young female who stalked her man and ultimately committed murder/suicide!
