Link?
I was basing it on what HLN was saying. Looks like they're being inaccurate.
Link?
Nothing.
interesting question about mr. hughs!!!!!!
Lol-- my hubby calls her "Jinkasaurus"!
Dear Jean and InSession,
The witness (Gus Searcy) testified in open court, the defendant was under Chris Hughes' group!!!
This is where the juror got the name from!
Please listen to testimony before saying nonsense on national tv!!!
(anyone feel free to forward to jean and insession)![]()
I didn't take Juan's questioning GS about PPL as attacking the company (Travis' company too) but instead GS' honesty or rather lack of transparency about the basic details of how the company fuctions. It didn't strike me as him critisizing the structure but asking GS to clarify and calling him on the inaccuracies to highlight that he lies about even the smallest things to make himself look better.

That's what I expected.
In Session is asking how the Jury knew about Hughes. He's never been mentioned during the trial that the jury sat in on. Someone must have ignored the admonition.
Off to shower so I'll fall behind again.
IMO Gus is behaving way better today than yesterday.
Full if himself,yes.
Yesterday he was a pompous twit

Exactly. Jodi bawled to Gus that she needed a phone because she didn't want her phone tracked to Travis' home. Gus likely gave her that cash for the deposits because she manipulated him again.I got a feeling GS gave JA that phone before her trip to see TA. That's probably why JA had no need to use HER phone.
LOCK GUS AZZ UP TOO!
Wanna be sugar daddy!! He's the type who would "appreciate" her "self-portraits" and other sexting while on the road. EWH!!!!
Wonder if she said she was too poor to buy her own phone?!?!?! Too poor for that, but not too poor to deposit $800 along the way...
You're point?
Opinions...yours, mine and everyone elses are of equal value.
The ONLY opinions that matter in this case is the 12 jurors that will decide it.
MY 25 cents... Inflation and all

If PPL peeps are sleazy and can't be trusted...well. Very bad move, imo. His testimony was not at all helpful to the defense that I saw except maybe that part. No reason to go there -- so why?
