It's also called depositions. It's ludicrous to think the state would do this. If he wants info it's called discovery and taking depositions.

I hope that you aren't bunching me in with that "most of us posters here" because I do NOT feel that Travis was physically or emotionally abusive to her. On the contrary, I feel that SHE was the abusive one and, in the end, she proved me right.
If I read something in the paper about someone I know being accused of murder, I can't just call the DA's office and tell them it? :waitasec:
Stay strong Chris, Travis is right there with you!
The witness on the stand right now is engaging in the same behavior. What does that have to do with the witness on the stand right now??????
Gitana, that wasn't part of the trial, it was an infomercial for PPL/LS to help offset the cost of the public defender.
J/K but Gus was all salesman and didn't say much that had to do with Jodi other than he likes her clothing choices.
How is this relevant at all to misconduct?

It may not be relevant. If it's a conversation that started about cookware and transitioned into something else, does the cookware portion matter? He only gave him three pages .........why not give him all of it so he can remember how it all started?
imo
