I think the defense is trying to show how far Chris will go to defend his friend...and hoping to discredit him -- Just like the pros did with Gus

CH needs to just answer the questions. Let JM take care of the lawyering.

It's also called depositions. It's ludicrous to think the state would do this. If he wants info it's called discovery and taking depositions.

If I read something in the paper about someone I know being accused of murder, I can't just call the DA's office and tell them it? :waitasec:

I hope that you aren't bunching me in with that "most of us posters here" because I do NOT feel that Travis was physically or emotionally abusive to her. On the contrary, I feel that SHE was the abusive one and, in the end, she proved me right.

Ditto.

CH = slowest reader EVAH! I seriously get a "dumb" vibe from him.

His credibility for me is nil. He won't help or hurt either side.

My impression is that CH inserted himself in things too. And he's getting called on it and on things he and/or his wife said to others, the state, and possibly to Travis.

Sure ya can, but they can't ask you to search their house and bring them what you find.

Stay strong Chris, Travis is right there with you!

He only gave him three pages .........why not give him all of it so he can remember how it all started?

imo

The witness on the stand right now is engaging in the same behavior.

Oh, well.

Gitana, that wasn't part of the trial, it was an infomercial for PPL/LS to help offset the cost of the public defender.

J/K but Gus was all salesman and didn't say much that had to do with Jodi other than he likes her clothing choices.

Then why did they call him as a witness? What did he testify to that could possibly be seen as helpful to the defense?

How is this relevant at all to misconduct?

I'm wondering if it has to do with timing? Like how his attitude or potential testimony changed after collusion with the prosecution? If so, the defense is doing a very poor job and will not win this motion. But I think they are desperate.

I know...wasn't that awesome? I love a Prosecutor that takes command of his case.

I, for one, am glad Chris is taking his time reading this document.

It may not be relevant. If it's a conversation that started about cookware and transitioned into something else, does the cookware portion matter?

Is that a copy of War & Peace? Geez.

Quick question, now the email he is reading right now is an email between CH and TA.
