It doesn't matter. It's not a murder until she's been convicted.

Lisa saw the texts from JA and the phone calls. . . . she knew it was JA . . . it was like JA knew they were together . . . .

TA never forced himself on Lisa . . . .
the email was within 24 hrs of learning he was cheating with JA

Cheating is when one is in a committed relationship and they kiss or make out with someone else.

Lisa only made out (kissing)with Travis

Lisa referred to JA as a "stalker" -TA said crazy things about JA and also Lisa's own experiences with JA. . . Lisa was there when other women called or texted TA.
