I feel better now. I don't believe a thinking jury will let JA off. :twocents:

Very proud of the jury questions. They asked a couple I wanted the DA to ask Lisa

Witness looks like she's having a good ol' time with all the smiles and giggles.

Why is Jodi so "upset" now? She sneaked looks at every other photo of Travis slaughtered and didn't break down.

She is mirroring the actions of Travis's family because the crowd is sympathetic to their pain. And like when she cried because Det. Flores said she wasn't "acting right".

Does JA 's mother ever show any emotions?

Yes she smiles a lot. She had a Cheshire cat grin last week while Travis was being bashed by Jodi's attorneys.

Give up defense team. You are not proving that TA is abusive!

Oh for cryin out loud. Done already?

Lisa remembers TA one time saying he was sorry for losing his temper . . . Lisa said she didn't like seeing him like that

Does Jodi have that many supporters that are shown?

  • #1,470
It seems like the defense didn't want Lisa to explain why Travis had lost his temper....I wonder why?

  • #1,471
An attorney can correct me if I am wrong but the prosecutor is very limited in his cross.

Seems to me the door is open for stalking

Some people act that way when they are nervous

It doesn't matter. It's not a murder until she's been convicted.

No wrong, it is a murder. Travis was murdered, he didn't have an accident or suicide.

  • #1,474
aarrrggg. I wanted an answer to that question.

Just catching up...Nurmi was ALL over female DA when they got up from table and walked to sidebar after the photo was shown. I like JM but some kind of warning should have been given.

Ain't gonna happen with this judge. Juan can pretty much do as he pleases. IMO

I don't know what has and hasn't been asked but I have a feeling Travis got a little heated to say the least when his tires were slashed, two separate times and Lisa was there and he got upset (with the tire slashing), rightfully so.

Come on. It is the prosecution's assertion that Travis was murdered. His death was ruled a homicide.

Ok, so what's the deal? The DA can ask if she ever said, 'I hate to see you that way,' but can't explain it to the jury?

Then they recess before they can clear it up!

Correct he can only address issues that were presented on direct or redirect.
