I am terrified of bad weather and we have tornadoes every year but it is extremely rare to have them now and to be this bad.

We dont have basements here. No where to hide except in the middle hallway of our homes or bathrooms.

We have basements here, but I don't have one. my son and I go under our main stairs in a big closet. Gotta drag all the plastic storage containers out, throw in a bunch of pillows, blankets and snacks, radio, cell phones.... My husband refuses to take cover. So I'm stuck worrying about him too.

couples argue. is that violence? people in relationships get angry with each other. anger's a very normal human emotion. people get angry, argue and then get over it. doesn't equate to violence in my book.

i don't get it. i guess i was in many 'violent' relationships and didn't know it. in fact, ALL of them were!

My hubby and I bicker. It's natural. At some point your significant other is going to work your last nerve. I think it's an issue if there is never any bickering. To me, it means one of the parties gives in too easily or is not emotionally invested.

Could the defense only find 2 women that dated Travis over the years? This doesn't make him a "ladies' man" as JVM is stating at this time.

Well of course. The defense spent hours asking all of those irrelevant questions. They didn't have time for important points!

They had such ad nauseaum filler with every witness and very little substance.

More information clearly came to light on cross.

I actually caught myself nodding off in some of the direct examinations.

Just want to mention something I noticed today. I hope I can explain it the way I see it.

When JM was cross examining Desiree, we were all.....where is he going with this....he asks about the "incident with the backpack", she says she can't recall. He asks her about the "silence in the car for the first half hour or so" she says she does not remember. We were like.....what is he trying to do????

Then her brother gets up on the stand, and Nurmis starts in with him, bringing him around to the day of the trip....which the brother remembers very well indeed, and he proceeds to verify every single thing that JM asked about. To ,e this just reinforces the fact that the sister was a waste of time and testimony, and everything JM says is TRUE. I hope there are some jurors who feel the same way I do.

It isn't my opinion - it's theirs. The family has been extremely, overwhelmingly vocal about wanting her to receive the DP. It's all over social media and in a few different interviews.

Sorry..dont believe I ever said it was your opinion..and only acknowledged the reality of DP..even when family want it...Ive seen so many cases that begged for DP..and Family were on Board..even wanted it vocally..Yet the Jury just couldnt do it..In the end..Although disappointed (Family) they knew defendent would NEVER EVER do whatevers again...

Please..Im Not American..So dont get all Social media about speciic cases..As a blogger I can only say my viewpoint (opinion) and always clearify where it comes from..

If I were a betting woman, I would bet there are a few Mormons on the jury that would understand. Lots of Mormons in Phoenix, last I heard.

I think a lot of peeps are also incorrectly assuming dating = having sex with, automatically.

I completely agree with this. It really makes me sad that women especially would talk like this.

I wonder if the shaming and disparaging comments about God given physical features doesn't help to contribute the development of the kind of psychological problems that someone like Arias has.

How do you define cheating?
A; I understand it to be if you are in a committed relationship, any sexual activity going on outside of that relationship is cheating.

If you were shocked T. was a virgin, why did you break up with him after you found out he was cheating on you?
A; No, I believed him to be a virgin, but he told me that was not the truth so I did get back together.

Did you feel that T's job interfered with your relationship with regard to phone calls?
