Earlier people were concerned that Flores was sitting with JM. Could it be he is an investigator for the prosecurtor's office? That would explain why he is there all the time. He would be assisting JM in getting files, information rather than typing up another prosecutor or member of his staff. jmo

I heard the judge refer to him as the "Case Agent" during some hearing. I think in Arizona, law enforcement gets to designate an agent who acts as trial support and can assist the prosecutor at counsel table. Flores is apparently that designated person.

In the Tammi Smith case, the lead Detective was also at the prosecution table throughout the trial. Maybe it's an Arizona thing?
