Well, thats your interpretation, but It also shows she lied about her daughter as a reason to go engage in whatever actions with a guy she had sent a picture of her naked body parts to. So the texts showed that, and it is wrong.

Well, these texts show that she went to talk with a friend (who she happened to sexy talk at) and in fact shows he thanks her for making the effort.

What it doesn't show is that she didn't care about her child. It shows that, in addition to her friend, she was concerned about her child. All she told yet another person is half that story.

They don't and I didn't say that they did...I said that this was the implication that Kaine was making when he alluded to the texts and the texts that Terri sent the landscaper.

He stated he would even stipulate to supervised visitation if Kaine wouldn't accept his expert's opinion to Terri's fitness to parent K. Kaine has refused every attempt at a resolution to this.

These texts came forward as evidence to show Terri is unfit and Kaine's position that K should not have any parenting time with her mother because of them. They only show an adult woman making sexy (blech) moves on a guy who isn't interested.

Kaine had every opportunity to agree to the supervised parenting time if he was that concerned with Terri. But offering these texts don't support a reason he should be concerned. IMO

Yeah, and it would make her a bad wife if she hadn't been served with divorce papers. But she was, and that says her husband determined he no longer wished to be married to her and she was no longer bound by the contract he'd just broken.

Why do you think not? I note that even Terri's counsel, in their response to Kaine's response & withdrawal to the court, refer to them as Terri's text messages with Cook.

I dont care about the texts because I knew what she was before I ever had the pleasure of reading them, the texts are the least of Terri Hormans concerns, there are bigger issues such as a missing child she was last seen with and the MFH, those alone just prove the baby will be better off without her mother, no one needs a mom like that.

One error of bad judgment does not a crazy person make. The texts are one of many errors of judgment this lady has made. How many errors of judgment does it take before the situation is dangerous for a child? Kaine is asking for a professional to review all these strange choices and make a good decision in baby K's best interest.

As for the texts themselves, I find it very interesting that Terri sees MC's son as an inconvenience to her goal du jour. That makes me sad for Kyron. Jmo

These texts don't show a person trying to get someone to kill her husband. They're a bad attempt to get someone to ......er, fill her void after her husband left. Not a criminal act. Bad seduction, yes. Tasteless and without class, yes.

They don't reflect her feelings for her child at all. They represent her "adult time" ..... surely we all have some "me" time as parents? I don't know what she does with the rest of her day, and these texts don't offer insight to that. They don't prove she is unfit to have parenting time with her daughter. They are lurid and salacious. But not criminal and there is nothing in them which demonstrates to me why they were offered as evidence to prove her unfit.

If there are bigger issues that prove she's unfit, I wonder why they weren't presented instead of these "cougar Lolita" texts.

They're a part, and the only concrete evidence brought forward to demonstrate Terri as unfit for parenting time with her daughter. They fall excruciatingly short of proving that. We all make bad judgments and retain our children in our care. That can't be it. I don't know how many it takes, but if these texts are the only thing Kaine has, I'm simply unconvinced of their merit to prove it for him.

Terri's attorney has stated twice now that he had a professional who would stipulate to Terri's fitness, and if Kaine did not find that suitable, then they would agree to supervised visitation.

I am real sure I read in the Kaines court filing that included the sexts, he brings up how she solicited his murder, and was the last person with his missing son. And anyone who acts like her has major mental issues in the wake of a child going missing, and shes sending pictures of her groin on a phone she knows is mointered, its just repulsive, I mean she knows,and does not care. Maybe Houze can consult with Baez about ugly coping?
