The weekend BEFORE Haleigh went missing-revisited

If this is true, it could explain why rc was driving recklessly through Haleigh's bus stop that Monday morning. Instead of going to ggma's to get Haleigh's shirt she wanted, maybe he was going there to pick up Haleigh. By the way he was driving, if she was there, she was going to be late to school. JMO

If there was a fight on Sunday of some kind, I can imagine TN/GMS coming to the rescue and picking up the kids that night (or Ron and Misty dropping the kids off over there) which would be why Ron had to dash over there Monday morning to pick Haleigh up.

And of course, there was Misty, finding that gun either the day before, or the day of, the night Haleigh disappeared.

I have never been able to figure out what day it was she claims she found that gun..From the LVA seems it was quite a few days, perhaps a week before they claimed Haleigh was abducted..
Reason I say this is...Supposedly Ron kicked her out on a Thursday, she was gone until Sunday or Monday..Monday she claims they dropped Haleigh off at school, went back home and went to sleep..
I didn't mention Sunday due to the fact she stated her brothers, both Timmy and Tommy were there when Ronald invited Cousin Jo over to the MH. She goes on to state the next day is when they discovered the gun was missing and that is when Ronald sent her over to her brother's house to find it..If she wasn't home on Saturday night entertaining Cousin Jo with Ronald, It couldn't have happened at that time...

I don't see when that could have happened if she was gone all weekend the weekend before Haleigh disappeared or on the Sunday or Monday before Haleigh disappeared from what she has stated.. But could be..the whole story about the missing gun is all a LIE.. Imagine that...JMO...

Never said TN hasn't lied - I said I didn't believe she lied about her address or occupation. In fact if you go back thru my post you will see I have pointed out a few of her discrepencies. I just don't believe this is some big coverup conspiracy plan by the Cummings family and everything about them printed or comes from their mouth is a lie.

I am not a conspiracy person in the least...and never had been. Saying that, I will finish writing that this case may have more people involved/have kge than the norm of a single person. It has earmarks of that. It is either that or about several people who have knowledge of what occurred that night. I'm just wondering what you think about LE asking Lindsey Croslin about her timeline from SUNDAY until TUESDAY? They asked her this after they brought in Hank Jr. Do you think Hank told LE about something taking place on Sunday?

One more thing I wanted to ask you. This has been on my brain for quite some time now.

After LE talked to Hank Jr......LE question Lindsay about timeline including Sunday............LE talked to several inmates (Nay, JoeP(?), WBG.......LE drained a pond finding several small items because they were told there would be physical evidence there......
Do you think they all had some reliable information that pointed in the same direction? (I hope you understand what I mean-I do:waitasec Like them all agreeing on the fact that there was a party that could've taken place Sunday or Monday night?

But it still does not indicate when she was looking for that gun, but again, given she was gone from Thursday to Sunday, it is unlikely she was searching for the gun then, and certainly she wasn't at Ronald's house during that time. It seems as likely that it was Monday when she was searching the "culbert" .....It's possible it happened before her party weekend, though.

I have always felt that Haleigh-JR. were not home that Monday morning and that is why she didn't take the bus to school. I have always felt that Ron was out looking for Misty and Haleigh was taken to school by GGMA or later by Ron and Misty after he picked her up.

She took off on him that Thursday after their fight. Maybe Misty took Ron's gun that day and on Monday early morning after 4am Ron caught up with her and she told him that Joe took it?..Maybe that incident when he almost runs some off the road at the bus stop was because he was rushing to go locate his Gun and/or Misty?

I always felt he was trying to track her down all weekend and since it was not CS weekend to keep the children he pawned them off on TN or GGMS. It has never been revealed who had the children that weekend...some of the police report has been blanked out and I wonder if it mentions where the children were prior, it must be one of the questions LE would ask I would think. I also hope LE was able to get some answers from JR, like where was he that night and weekend and with who.




Ron claims he went to GGMS to get Haleigh an outfit that morning and that is why he was in such a hurry....GGMS comes over the night Haleigh goes missing around 7pm to bring over clean clothe. Sounds to me like someone was already creating an alibi. GGMA didn't come out and share this information until after the reports of Misty not being home. First TN said she sent someone over to check on Misty, then GGMA all of the sudden take clothe over?

I truly doubt that someone as strick as Ron that will hit his children the way DCF says he can, would rush over to get Haleigh a shirt from GGMS house.
Yet, he did not come home to check on them after Misty stopped taking his calls that night of Feb 9th.

Wonder if LE got his cell pings for his cell phone? I really wish they would throw us a bone. At least with pings from Ron and Misty's phone we could try to establish a time line and what all they were doing that week.

Ron was to get off work at midnight, that is when his shift ended from what his attorney had stated on NG a while back if I am not mistaken. He decided to work the extra hours the night Haleigh went missing...even after having a fight with Misty and her turning her phone off at 8:30PM. Instead of dashing home to check on his children knowing he left them with someone who was out on a alcohol/drug binge for 4 days straight, he works the extra hours?

:waitasec: Hmmm... GGMS came over and brought clean clothe for the children that night, she didn't mention that Ron had came over that morning to get a change of clothe for Haleigh though. She only mentioned that she went to the home that evening at around 7PM and sees the children eating dinner outside on the porch...lets not forget it was dark and cold why would anyone not say anything? She just drops the clothe off and leaves and sees nothing wrong with the children eating outside in the cold?

To be honest, I haven't given the party - overdose scenario that much thought..Perhaps I should..
My main focus for months has been on some sort of altercation that happened between Ron C and Misty or Ron C and someone else on February 9th not too long after Haleigh got off that school bus..I do not believe that GGMS saw Haleigh alive and well eating dinner on the front porch that night as she claims she did...
People have mentioned as of late they do not even believe Haleigh was in school that day eventhough there are witnesses who claim to have seen Haleigh get off the bus and get into the van that Misty was driving.....They seem to think the attendance records were altered.. I don't know anymore..
One thing I am certain of... Whatever or whenever, IMHO Ron C is the one responsible and I honestly believe his family has covered for him...And will throw anyone or everyone they can under the bus to keep him from being held responsible in any way for whatever it is/was that happened to Haleigh.JMO

Ron C stated he had a 9 mm beretta in the house right? So is this the gun they claim they found in the culvert? Wonder how many guns Ron C really owns or shall I say had/has illegally..I still believe Haleigh was accidentally shot due to his macho Billy Bad Azz ways..JMO

She said that her mom went to the house (Tyler St. house?) to pick up her dad because he got brought in to their house in an ambulance from Shands (hospital in Gainesville he was at after the car accident he was injured in) because he couldn't get in their vehicle.

It doesn't make any sense what Misty is saying-if an ambulance had to transport Hank because he couldn't fit in their vehicle (because he had knee surgery and couldn't bend it?) but yet she states her mom was going to go pick him up. Why would she do that if he couldn't get in it?

It is hard to make sense out of her ramblings-I don't know where "down there is". She said Joe didn't want to go "down there" to even get his stuff and she was told by the cops she wasn't supposed to go "down there" so she waited at a gas station for her mom to go get Hank. Then she says the cops told her that whoever gave her that information about not being allowed to go "down there" was lying to her.

I can't decipher Misty's musings-anybody else want to give it a shot?

I think there was a fight between JO and rc and it involved a gun. I also think JO showed up at the MH because misty called him due to rc's temper. JO may have arrived before rc and took his gun so he wouldn't use it on misty. JO was protecting his cousin and that is what they were fighting over. JO may have given it to tommy to hide or hid it himself over at tommy's. When rc found his gun missing he most likely went ballistic! I bet rc hid the other gun ( berreta) before LE arrived that morning of the crime. I think the gun hid at tommy's was recovered after Haleigh vanished.

The fact that LE is tying in the weekend with Haleigh is very curious. How does the weekend play into Haleigh disappearing? Is it due to the condition that rc and misty were in or did Haleigh disappear before Monday? We are missing an important piece here. I cannot think anything else right now. It has to be the emotional or physical state of the players or a plan was in the works by somebody with a strong motive. Misty has motive and RC was in a poor state of mind from what misty was doing. Misty could have also been in a very bad mental spot. If they had any alcohol, fighting could have been intense. I still can't put together a scenario...too many variables.

I wish LE would verify that school documentation and say it wasn't doctored. While I'm wishing, I want to know the hours rc worked . Shoemaker said his regular hours started at 5:00pm...that is odd and very convenient, imo.

I don't think Jr was at 202 green lane even at 3:30am when MC and RC were on the phone with dispatch. We don't hear one whimper of him, while RC was yelling, and MC was dodging questions, and acting all scared.
Perhaps Jr was across the road at Lindsey's house? Perhaps she or MC's mom came and got him before they ever called, and then LE brought him back since we know LE was at Tyler St for a bit. But imo, no way could Jr sleep through all that, or be quiet if was awake. moo

Well, letting my mind wander, I'll put it out there that "down there" is where MC's dad and RC finally caught up with her that weekend, and a fight ensued with RC getting his knuckles scraped, and HCSR getting his knee bashed in. I think I'll let the wandering stop with that.

ETA; It could be that mom went to pick dad up from the hospital, but he couldn't fit b/c he couldn't bend his leg so they had to do a medical transport to get him home, so she would be speaking about experiences that didn't happen at the same sight, or time, or even day, which is an excellent way to keep others confused, and at the same time rationalizing that you're telling the truth. imo.

Oh, and perhaps Joe's "stuff" was wear the fight occurred, which would be a good reason to not want to go down there.

ETAA; down there could "also" be referring to the hospital. So "down there" could mean the "hospital" and "the sight of the fight in which both RC and HCSR were involved together against whoever was attempting to help Misty stay where she was."
I wonder who might have been arrested on assault charges that weekend prior to Haleigh being missing. Has anyone checked that out? tia
