Theories and clues: Specific to when Haleigh went missing (thread 3/24 to 3/26/2010)

Those inconsistencies and not getting a gun or getting Jr. out of the home is why I think Misty knew that Haleigh was taken earlier and knew who was at the home while she was gone, and he/or they convinced her that they would be implicated if she told that.

jmo - to try to provide outside confirmation of his version of the timeline.

IF Haleigh really got off of that bus at 3:30 p.m. on Monday 2/9/09, and

IF Ron clocked in at werk at whatever time his shift was scheduled to start [I'll grant him some leeway - based on Shoe's account of him arriving 45 minutes early - I'll say his shift had to have started at 5 p.m.]

THEN....

WTH am I talking about? lol - IDK - I don't believe any of the above.

I think something happened to Haleigh over the weekend and that's why there is 5% of the puzzle/timeline yet to be unraveled.

JMO - we need to be tracking the Squires family's activities that weekend, but I'm 100% certain that LE is already werkin' on this. It's a nightmare because so much of the area in south Putnam County, north Lake County and east Marion County is so extraordinarily rural with Ocala National Forest and Big Lake George right smack in the middle of it.

Where was that WalMart that Ron supposedly demanded a free i-pod because after all, "Don't you know who I am?!" [fwiw, I have no idea if that really happened, just curious.]

Heck, we don't even know if rc worked part time for PDm. We all assume it was full-time but we don't know. If misty was gone mid-week (about Wed) who watched the children while misty was gone? Did rc have work on thurs, fri? We have never heard...have we? Misty was missing in action for five days (at least) but we were told only about the weekend. One of those players alluded to more than just Fri/Sat party.

Misty, like Casey, wanted to party. I don't think she was the kind to sit in the MH and watch rc's kids if he worked 5 days a week. I wish I knew if he was a full-time employee. I also would like to know if OT worked atr PDM.

BBM IIRC none of the employees from PDM have talked other than to LE. That tells me something is up with RC being at werk for the full shift. And I remember talk about PDM having a new type of time clock installed AFTER this happened. The type only the employee can use to clock in and out with a thumb print.

Are we absolutely 100% positive that Haleigh was as school on 2-9-09?

That attenedance sheet we saw with the "U" partially erased leaves me wonder. I know, I know you guys keep assuring me. It's just that in me feeble mind, none of this makes sense with Haleigh being at school that day.

Why does LE say they would like to go back in time to see what the players were doing. They at first spoke a month then reduced it to a week.

What in the world could tie Haleigh's disappearance in with prior activity? The first thing that comes to mind is drugs, but I don't get the impression that is where this is going.

I haven't looked at the attendence record in some time, but there was another day - maybe the 23rd or 24th of Feb that had Haleigh marked as "on time and present". That right there makes you doubt the whole rest of it. I won't believe anything for sure until I see the teachers actual record, or some other proof she was there - certainly not a copy of a copy CS's atty got and handed on to yet another party.

Seems odd they would change it to something that high tech AFTER this all happened IMO ...but then again they didn't like all the focus they received over this either.

i know, she has to start over, every time to keep track of what she says. Here is another disadvantage, for LE and us; we don't know what was in the MH originally and what was taken out. I see that mattress, I don't think LE would have left her mattress and not take it. We don't know if there was a blanket taken out and no one is saying. Misty goes on and on about the blankets, which makes me think she is doing the "over kill" thing. Like maybe she is afraid LE will know there was another blanket in the house and she ain't saying. Like out of guilt, ya know? Maybe she thought, well I have to account for all the blankets, so they don't ask. There could be a mattress missing, but no one would know, unless you lived in the house.

Regarding the whole mattress/blanket issue -- a couple days ago I was going back over pics hoping to see if there was a blanket on the window (since MC claimed to have taken it down). When I came across the pic of the empty bed frame in Haleigh's room, it got me thinking - what if Haleigh did sleep in her bed in her room and it was Jr's mattress on the floor in the master? I just can't see this "young, in love couple" having their baby sleeping in between them every night. Maybe they did get rid of Haleigh's mattress and blanket and claimed Jr's was hers. Just seems odd to me that all four of them would be sleeping in the same room if they didn't have to. That could be why MC's initial story was that Haleigh was in the bed with her - because in her immediate thought process, she had to explain where Haleigh would be sleeping since her mattress was gone. IIRC, her original original story was that Jr was asleep elsewhere (i.e, the mattress). Then, they realized it'd be much more plausible to have Haleigh on the mattress and Jr in the bed.

I've been thinking the same thing. Watch this video from the Today show when you get to 6:20 Misty says "she was in her bed" and JR was in the "bedroom" with me. Why would she say she was in her bed and JR was in the bedroom with me?

Ronald is such a piece of work! Did you see how how he interupted Misty when she was trying to explain if she called Ron when she realized Haleigh was gone. Ron says that what goes on in his personal life is nobody's business that the focus needs to be on his missing daughter. I hate to tell him this but his personal business became public business when his daughter turned up missing and he can't tell the truth as to why she went missing. What a joke.

Don't even get me started about Ron. His behavior has been so odd ever since the beginning of this case. First of all, what the heck was he doing sleeping with a 16 year old in the first place being he was 8 years her senior and where the heck was her parents to just sit back and allow it in the first place? One of the main reasons why he married this girl was to cover his own butt because everybody was making such a stink about him being allowed to commit statutory rape and LE said it publically they would deal with that later, but that their first priority was to find Haleigh. Where the heck was Ron's head to think that they wouldn't start investigating his private life when it might just have everything to do with his daughter going missing. I don't believe for one minute he married Misty to keep his enemies closer.

Now I'm going to start digging in the AH archives because somewhere I saw where it was said that Misty didn't even go over to Ron's house until Monday morning that she was dropped off at her brother's house cause she was too tired. I wonder if that was in one of the videos that AH did with his interview with NayNay or Greg Page. I saw that somewhere and I will dig to find it.

On the video from AH "Misty's Pal NayNay Talks" NayNay says that she dropped Misty off at her brother's house and that Misty said that she had to go to Ronald's house on Monday morning to watch the kids.

help me out here. I usually understand what you post or where you are going with it , but not this time. What are you saying? Do we know she was at school? Do we know she got off the bus? What could have happened that that weekend to make Haleigh disappear that Monday after school?

I think Haleigh "disappeared" over the weekend, as crazy as that probably sounds.

If you go to the real www.myflorida.com and look in the DCF phone directory, there is no Santos who works for DCF in this Putnam County, at least not the last time I checked. I could be mistaken about this, but honestly, at this point I'd have to see a PC court docket or something else official to believe that there is a G or J Santos w/DCF in Putnam County.

I have a directory of DCF investigators saved on my computer [somewhere <sigh>] and there was not a Santos on it for this area. To look it up, go to www.myflorida.com and choose either "Agencies" or "411" tab.

I gotta get some shut-eye. I had a big night & am practically punch-drunk at this point.

Also, we do NOT call the players names. Ever. If you call the players names, you will get a TO. I know most of you know this, but every once in awhile is it time for a reminder.

In going through looking for inconsistent statements, I came across this vid I haven't seen in awhile. A couple points I enjoy --

1. when GVS asks MC when she last saw Haleigh and MC goes back to "I put her to bed at 8:00 cuz she had school" and RC is sitting there nodding, like, "good girl Misty"

2. GVS asks MC how far Haleigh was sleeping from her and, after quite a bit of stammering, mumbles something like "4 inches". GVS asks her to show her with her hands and, after more stammering and RC silently screaming, MC says "about how far Ron and I are apart" (they were sitting right next to eachother). RC then says "No" (obviously trying not to jump out of his skin) and MC says "No?" The two of them stutter and stammer and she says "Oh, well, I didn't measure or anything"

Also, in discussing the way MC goes back to the beginning of the story every time, I watched 3 different vids in a row and in each of them, when asked what happened, MC says "I got up to use the bathroom and I didn't make it to the bathroom and . . . " It's so very scripted. Who would say it like that? It would be much more normal to say "I got up to use the bathroom and realized she was gone" or "she wasn't there". I have no doubt someone told her "You got up to use the bathroom, but before you got there, you saw Haleigh was gone" and she's following that to a tee.

Another thought from this vid -- GVS asks RC if there were any credible tips or leads from the last 24 hrs and he says "No, they're all bogus". How would HE know that? Only if he knew no credible tips would be coming in . . .

Upon watching the video again, rc was asked about jr and his story about the man in black. rc completely denies it and contributes that line of thinking to Crystal and Geraldo. He AGAIN stated what a great provider he is and subtlely puts down Crystal. I have noticed this behavior consistently with rc.

He was asked about what exactly jr said and he said I can't answer that "I was at werk"...now WTH did him being at work have any connection to what jr said he saw later (after Haleigh vanished)..Once again we have deflection.

It boggles the mind to think these two lie in the face of reason but it appears they simply do, and do it with total disregard to what it is plausible.

With this in mind and the viewing of the Attendance Record, it could be possible that Haleigh vanished before the 9th of Feb. This would also make much more sense and it would give credence to why LE is very concerned about the days before the 9th.

Yes, Yellow, misty must resort to the beginning each time she is asked a question. This is very telling of rote memory. She cannot start in the middle or the end because she did not herself experience the action. She has memorized her part. If she experienced it, she could start anywhere and the basics would not change. Story may gain additions but not change in substance.

Therefore, it is clear she did not actually see or experience what she is saying.

If she went missing over the weekend, this is one huge cover up and lots of people aren't talking. First the school, then the bus driver, the other moms/dads at the bus stop that afternoon and didn't a neighbor say they saw the kids out playing? But it is possible that LE talked to them and said "don't comment on any of this"? I do find it strange that there is no Santos in the directory. So was he a plant to go out and tell this story to support Ron? Why is he saying all the negative stuff though?

Whisp, agree with everything but especially the school attendance sheet. I have never seen anything as phoney as that. I really need to know who did that.
