The sole purpose and intent however was to establish Haleigh "alive and well (...and sittin on the porch eatin w her plate hollerin 'hey granny,'") beyond the time RC could be safely presumed to have been at PDM. That in itself tells us it is RC, and not MC, for whom they felt the need to furnish an alibi. JMO

I agree kiki. I have always believed that Ron arrived late for work. To me, that would be a simple answer too but we haven't heard the answer yet. There is so little that we actually know for sure. The time has changed a couple of times for when GGMS arrived at the MH too. The "visit" happened anywhere from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. I really wish that Tim Miller would search the PDM area.

I really would like to see RC's poly and also a list of the questions asked. I'm dying of curiosity to see what questions he answered to have "passed with flying colors". That claim just floors me. Too bad standard procedure doesn't cover polys for all the family. Does anyone know if TN or GGMS were asked if they would take a poly and if they refused? Or were they never asked? And why wouldn't they volunteer for one in order to help in the search for their granddaughter?

The back door(s) and the storyline presented in this case is completely illogical. There were actually 2 doors, an outer screen door and an inner solid door. Notice in the image below that the screen door swings to the outside and away from anyone exiting through it, while the inner door swings to the inside and towards anyone exiting through it.

Watch this video at the 4:15 mark and you will see that the CNN reporter actually has to step back as the inner door opens, AND the door is self closing.

From the beginning we have known that the outer screen door was propped open with a cinder block. Why was there no mention of a block holding the inner door open? After this video came out there was a likely CYA “maybe there were dirty clothes on the floor” offered by TN, but there’s no mention of the inner door being propped open by anything in the PCSO report.

(1) If Mr/Ms Anonymous Abductor lugged a 40 lb cinder block to the scene to commit this crime, why wouldn’t they prop open the door that would be the most difficult to navigate while burdened down with Haleigh?

(2) How did Misty see through a solid inner door that was SELF CLOSING to see a cinder block or “brick” holding open the screen door?



Ronald told the same story about the door.



IMO, everything about that back door was an illogical attempt to misdirect LE.

Just to add to your quote, Ron and Misty totally ignore the fact that there is a front door. I guess kidnappers only use back doors that are very difficult to open, right?

I used to wonder if Haleigh and Junior were taken along by MC that nite in the van--later found mysteriously scratched--while she and others were using it to go party. Then maybe somehow the driver backed up over Haleigh--but that never accounted for RC's puzzling behavior so I moved on...

To whether maybe after argument re MC babysitting elsewhere, RC insisted--despite her protests--that MC take his children along too, wherein something goes horribly wrong for which he feels partially responsible because it was he who insisted she take them...

Then my mind wanders back to the reports by JS of RC driving earlier that day like a madman nearly mowing down the children at the bus stop... and I'm left wondering to myself if he might not have been angry enough by that afternoon or evening after confronting Misty re binge weekend and the frustrations of that day boiling over that he drove recklessly enough that Haleigh was struck...

Either there, as he pulled in or backed up out of the drive at 202 but was lucky enough not to be witnessed by a neighbor; or wherever it was he caught up w MC. Wouldn't necessarly cause an open wound but blunt force trauma by bumper or tire w no trace evidence...

Could RC have been gone w HC, to dispose of her, before AC man ever even arrived...

Or could RC have had an inkling (from their argument, if she'd mentioned eg) where MC took the kids against his wishes that nite, then when she wouldn't answer her phone he figured she'd gone anyway, left work on break to catch her--where he drove up on her, then Haleigh was caught in a scuffle which ensued between them at this unknown location...

Where would MC have taken the kids and gone? I realize it isn't the first these ideas have been tossed around, but I am wracking my poor little bird brain right now about where this would've most likely gone down...

If we give any credence to claims that Jr. ever really saw the "couch bouncing," that still sounds suspiciously like CPR attempts to me. I'm so disappointed that this year is thus far ending without any arrests or even answers re Haleigh. Still I am trying to keep the faith LE's quietly working a plan...

The only problem I have with anything happening to Haleigh before 7 or 7:30 is LE's timeframe. I don't think its just GMA's word they are taking. I'm wondering if the AC guy was still working till 7 or so. I know it was 9 days or whatever before we heard from GMA but we have no idea if she told the police earlier and we just weren't privy to it. Maybe they even talked to Elisa. We just have so much we don't know.

Has anyone verified that emblem on her sweater. I can't enlarge it. I wonder what county it says, I assume Alachua since she told LE she was employed there. OMG, she did tell them that!!! and she wasn't..

The only way she can get off another hook I just put in, is if she was on Worker's Comp. So technically she could technically work there. I'd really like to know about this.
If I can't clear her, then rc, misty and her are up to their ears in this and there is not much wiggle room.

I have been following the Tyler st addy and have not seen any ad for house sale.

She is easier to trail than the others. She is not working and had not been working when the crime occurred, we have been told this. We have also been told PDM hours are 3:30 to midnight; the other shift 7:00am to 3:30pm. We know there are only two shifts because when the police there after RC got fired, they said they were guarding both shifts. It is also very likely that rc lied about his job as a Crane Operator...but I can't say he's guilty over a missing child because of this, he likes to boast about himself and has done it often in this case. I suspect he drove a forklift, always have. Crane Operators are trained and certified and paid very well.

So if all this is true, then rc and tn are not above lying, that's for sure.

(snip, bbm) I agree papa that everything re door was staged, yet if you consider solely the noise factor it was the exterior (metal) screen door on a spring which swung shut rapidly w a loud slamming noise. The inner door was neither heavy nor springloaded, so while it may have required extra maneuvering open it wasn't in danger of slamming loudly. Only saying it can be argued there was far more reason to prop the outer metal door and to not worry about inner wooden door. While a stranger intruder (theoretically, bear w me) admittedly may not have anticipated this noise factor in advance, once pulled even slightly open it would be immediately detected--as any metal door on an air spring threatens to snap shut w a huge bang upon it's release, alerting any occupants upon both entry into, and again upon exiting, the home.

Now that I've argued in defense of the "Phantom Intruder," I will add I am in complete agreement w ideas you've shared and have always been thoroughly convinced the back door and brick were staged to suggest an abduction from the home. :biggrin:

1. If she didn't live in the area, then we know she is guilty of having kge of a crime
2. If she did live in the area, she had to be driving at least 100 mi. an hour or rc called her before 911.

How lucky can you get to pull up the same time as LE and she got in the crime scene....darn, she's good!

Contrary to their statements, if unblocked, the door could not have been "standing wide open".

In similar fashion to GGM's 9 days later "that's a crock" statement, 36 days after their statements of the door "standing wide open", TN tried to put the horse back in the barn by offering her "dirty clothes on the floor" story AFTER Marlaina Schiavo showed the door was self closing in the video I linked earlier.

A central element for any good fictional story is a believable hypothesis. Too bad the author of the door story didn't know that.

This would seem to imply either a) in 50* temps the only door Misty bothered to close on retiring (following her tiring evening of cooking, cleaning and laundering) was screen door; or b) Phantom Intruder, upon "bricking" outer door and "bumping" interior door, found clothing or rearranged on floor so as to force it to remain ajar... :waitasec: I mean, I know it's the thought that counts lol, but nothing GM or GGM have said has helped RC any... IMO Prayers for Jr.

CUMMINGS: Don`t have a clue. I don`t mess with none of that, so I don`t know. I very rarely am in the back yard at all unless I`m washing my car. So it could have came from around my shed. I`m renting. I don`t know if the previous renters had it or what, but I`ve never seen it, I don`t believe.

Yes, I made a trip to see the area. As to your question, I've never been a Phantom Intruder before but logic would tell me that my concealment would have been greatly enhanced by the tinted front screen porch as opposed to the wide open back door.

Particularly when there is a residence 53 feet from the back door containing possible witnesses to my actions.

Across Green from the front door is wooded with only rabbits and such to concern me.
