And Busy, may I assume "your records" are the LE report?

OK...can you post them. Are you saying they do not list any other residence of hers? They never listed her in Fruitland Park or Lady Lake?

I listed my research for you...I hope you do the same.

The photos....don't bother, I have that.....because her name was scribbled in chalk on a mailbox you believe she lived there? It looked like a storage place, nothing more. Old dusty broken cars and not a sign of life.

She is listed on the records officially if you researched as being with Jeff H both in Fruitland Park and Lady Lake.

Please post the utility verification.

Thanks for the informative discussion guys. Seriously, it leaves a lot to think about. I will put in my 2 cents worth on the work disability thing. Long term disability (at least here) lasts one year, period. After that you need to go on SS disability. Hubby just went thru all this. It DOES seem rather strange that she could run thru the woods in front of Cobra but not be able to sit at a desk & dispatch. Just sayin'

Since she reads here, I imagine things will change quickly.....again.

LE will never know if she was on Rita or not that night. TN has people to verify the addy. The place is owned by AS's friend so she could do what she wants and say what she wants and even mislead LE if she chooses. You have to think why this 12 ft wide trailer has been in many of the Sykes names, despite their living elsewhere. It seems they keep it or Evelyn does for them for some reason unbeknown to us. When TN lived on Shoreline, the trailer was there and rc lived in it. When rc said he moved to Shoreline (for custody), TN moves to Rita. AS of 2008, the trailer was allegedly occupied by Sykes, then transferred in Crystal Cummings...come on now.

This is an important KEY to this case though. If rc called TN before the 911 (and I think he did) then that makes him a liar and not to much in a hurry for LE to arrive. It may, depending on the time he called her, even be a big piece of the puzzle......if they can prove she wasn't on Rita Lane

I have not found record of AS selling her property to Evelyn. I do find that a property in Alachua County that was in probate for M. Sykes with AS as administrator the deed was transferred to a W. Sykes as of 6/09.

I still havent found the code violations page, but at this point not going to invest more time in that as I don't think Jeff's code violations have anything to do with Haleigh going missing.

There are several different addresses listed over a 10 year period. I have posted links to the sites that I have been able to. Sorry can't post all of them. Like I said we will just have to agree to disagree.

You kept asking me for the info on the car and I told you I didn't want to but finally did out of courtesy...I would now ask you to please post the addys of TN. I am willing to assume that you have them in Lady Lake and Fruitland Park.

I had visited every site I know and I have not seen a Rita Lane and TN together until the recent addition on White pages.

Some people do work despite injuries because they have to. Apparently these people, and there are many in this family, have other ways to make money.
.....Look at able-bodied RC....the guy who many said was such a hard worker...It is now eleven months and he is still living, eating, getting married and has a child and wife to support and still doesn't consider work.

[Sorry, don't keep a handy dandy notebook like y'all.] Then I48 BeechrSpgs Rd was sold to Evelyn & Carl K. iirc.

For some reason, Carl transferred about a dozen properties out of joint tenancy w/Evelyn, into Evelyn's name alone in March 2009. That right there made my eyes bug out. Did he die? Was he worried about being sued? Was he needing medicare? Interesting timing, even you (busy) must admit.

Busy, I"m sorry you didn't find anything sleuth-worthy in those codes docs. I found them to be full of all kinds of terribly interesting stuff about several branches of Haleigh's family tree, but I'm a drill-down public records person that way sometimes, I reckon. [Or could just be I know several of the codes enforcement ofcrs on the reports and that made it more interesting to me.]

But.... ya know.... if Haleigh is no longer alive, I think knowing about family properties would be kinda worth looking at. I mean, it does give you some ideas of where the longer-term peeps have lived and visited. [Misty don't count 'cuz she hasn't been here very long, really.]

She was high stepping and high tailing it in that video..Pretty good movement on her part, especially for someone who claims to be disabled, but you forgot to mention she also claimed to Cobra she had walked around out there in the woods for about four hours all by her lonesome..Woman is a piece of work, she is..JMO

It isn't that I didnt find the code docs sleuthy worth it is that I could never relocate that site that listed all the code violations.

I misunderstood and I thought we were talking about recent purchase between Evelyn and AS - I found the info where these transactions happened years and years ago. Can't remember all the dates but around 2001 and 2003.
Carl transferring/selling property to Evelyn in 3/2009 I figure it would be because they divorced in 12/2008 and it was part of the divorce agreement that she get some of the properties and he get some of them. Also as of March 2009 Evelyn was not living in Putnam County so couldnt figure out the talk about Evelyn living next door to AS unless it was just a recent move.

I do think it is important to know the actions and movements of the various family members. I just can't find much imiportance into events from 2001 and 2003 type thing when it comes to property ownership.

I think one of the most important parts of this case is determing where TN really lived. If she lived 80 miles away, and it looks like she did, then the whole story is bogus and there were phone calls and travel way before the time of the call she claims she received.

The 15 miles distance she claims is even highly suspicious regarding the timing of the call and her arrival on the scene.

LFlorida I think this is may be a great clue. Never thought about it before but worth keeping it in mind. Wonder if LE has checked around, maybe they should like they did the Sheffields place.

Hey Granny- I think you are right. LE should look around especially near Fruitland Park(?).

Personally, I don't think most people would drive very far with a body. I think TN and RC are too emotionally charged to participate.

I still think misty is the likely one to get help with this.
